I came to Hood Cleaners after reading all the rave reviews here on Unilocal.The reviews are correct. I took my wedding dress, which had turned yellow in spots, in to be dry cleaned after it had sat in the David’s Bridal bag for 5 months. They were very kind and professional, and when I picked up my dress, it was as good as new! I would definitely go back!

Hood Center Cleaners is great! Friendly service, great people, and they actually do a wonderful job cleaning! They are the full package! They always work hard to get our cleaning done early, and just so dang pleasant. I would highly suggest them.

Super friendly! I needed a patch sewn on for school. Over the phone I was asked when I needed it, and since it wasn’t an emergency I said whenever. I was told I could drop it off Saturday and pick it up Tuesday, but when I got there they sewed it on while I waited to save me a trip back. That’s great service.

Once again Hood Center Cleaners rescued me. I was attending a fund raiser and the night before discovered that there was a tear in my dress’ seam. I showed up in the morning to ask if there was any way they could fix the dress by 4:00 that afternoon. Not only did they repair the dress perfectly, they were able to clean and press it by 4:00. They are friendly and consistent and I use them weekly for all my dry cleaning needs.

I like Hood Cleaners. I have been to a couple of cleaning companies in Portland and Gresham, and settled on Hood Cleaners as my go-​to. I have them do probably 2 or 3 dress shirts a week, as well as business suits occasionally. They have good hours, including mornings, late afternoons, and all weekend, so pickup and delivery are easy for me to fit around my work or weekend schedule. Prices may not be the absolute lowest, but they are in line with the market and fair. The quality of the cleaning is good, and they use just the right amount of starch to make the shirts look crisp and fresh, without being silly. I think that it is a family-​run business, and they are all very friendly and professional. I have also had them tailor some suit pants recently, which was quick and high quality. I hope that their business thrives, and I’m a committed customer.

You have dry cleaning needs? This is the place to be. Great hours, the owner is very personable, along with his wife and kids and the workers. They do a great job and they also do adjustments and sewing here too. They are very busy, with all kinds of clientele. Highly recommend!!!
