The Happy Valley location needs a renovation of employees. Staff members are either busy chatting with friends or tying up beds letting friends come in. While you sit and wait for 20 minutes when there’s beds available. It’s not professional and a female staff member was just plain rude

So far I have good things to say(I joined yesterday) but the young lady was super cute, spunky, professional, and not pushy but very informative. They give you 50% off lotions which still are way to high. They mark them up to mark them down. I do have lines today hope that doesn’t continue(previous poster said same thing) I’ll be sure to ask about that. They do have towel service clean place. Needs hangers in room to put clothes since no chairs in room. Just small little corner shelf. Barely big enough for purse. Has body wrap machine 130 degrees for an hour. No thank you not for me. Red light therapy bed. Lots of styles of bed. I’m just building tan for some vacations. But you do sign something saying you have to cancel. Or they will charge you. But based month to month can cancel anytime. To re start $ 50 charge.

Suns up on Sunnyside as well as corporate suns up are the most money hungry people I have ever met. Terrible service, don’t care about there customers at all! I would vote ZERO stars if I could!

FORTHEBRANCHOFFOFHOGAN: Unilocal doesn’t have their branch posted, so I’ll use the one that is closest. This has been my worst tanning experience yet. The saleswoman was so pushy and insincere, it wasn’t funny. My main complaint though is the EXTREMELYHIGHPRICES. They make you buy«sun dollars» which is 1 sundollar for $ 1 and then charge you 10 – 30 «sun dollars» to use a variety of their machines. The first one I used was the $ 10 basic laydown bed. it did completely nothing. I swear those are the crappiest beds on the market. So then I started paying $ 30! to use their stand-up bed and it works only mediocore. I can’t believe they charge $ 30 for one-time use in a bed that truly does not give you a good tan. Apart from the lack of quality of beds, the staff literally babysits you and allows you no freedom to use the beds for as long as you want and as often. The lady said«oh, based on your skin type, you should only go in for 9 minutes» I did, and it did absolutely nothing. Then, if you don’t wait 24 hours in between tans, they don’t let you use them. I don’t care if they think they are the experts, this is America and I am paying to go in for as long and as often as I want.
