I rented a metal detector from their store on Saturday at around 11am. They were only open until 1pm and closed on Sunday and they said just bring it back on Monday. Well when I had my sister in law drop it off, they charged us double because we didn’t get it back by 8:30am in the morning. When I picked it up, they never said that… just told me to drop it off on Monday. And the man I spoke to this time (who really didn’t care what I said) told me it was in the contract… yep somewhere in the $ 25 contract for renting a radar detector. If you employee would have told me that in the first place, I would have gotten it there in the morning. Will never use again.

Such a quality rental business. Great customer service that is timely, efficient, and willing to work with every customer. I highly recommend Griffith Rentals & Sales for any of your rental needs in Northwest Indiana. This place always has what I am looking for whether it is a tent, table, and chairs for a party, or the equipment I need for my latest project. They also have a great new website!
