Popeyes Famous Fried Chicken

Love this place the manager is so so cool and the food is always fresh and hot some times you do have to wait a little but that’s because everyone goes there to eat … Again love this place

After sitting in a holding pattern (at the speaker) for several minutes waiting to place my order a car zooms in ahead of me, pulls directly to the window to order. I honked my horn repeatedly to notify them that I was next to which the manager informed me that they will not serve me. I guess sitting in line is the wrong way to get service.

why can’t we give 0 stars? had to contact mngr about drive-​thru person’s poor customer service; on the drive up speaker, her intro was crude, your a bother, just want to close and go home attitude. it’s clear she HATES HER JOB and serving customers. after raising her voice when shown a receipt, we watched her harshly shove our fries in the box to show the customer she meant nasty business. she shoved the box to us — intimidating to point– is it safe to eat this meal? manager claims can’t give owner information. incredible.

I swear this Popeye’s can not do a thing correct. Either they are out of a type of chicken, or like tonight they give you the wrong stuff, I got fries instead of rice, in the spicy chicken a 10 piece only one breast, and 3 legs, how is that an even trade, asked for honey and butter didn’t get any. I don’t know why I tried it again.

I love Popeyes, especially the red beans and rice and cole slaw. Problem is with this Popeyes, their cole slaw is always spoiled! Other than that food is great! Service is sub par at this location too.

I Absolutely HATE THIS POPEYES !!! They Take So Long To Give You Your Food. I Don’t Go To Popeyes Often, But The Last Time I Came I Ordered The Chicken Stick Things. The Dumb Employee Gave Me Freezing Cold Chicken Sticks With A Side Of Fries. What An Idiot. It’s Like They Only Have 1 Person Working There.

I love Popeye’s chicken so I go often, but I don’t like this location for a couple of reasons. First off, the staff is EXTREMELY unfriendly and act like they hate their jobs. And second, if they run out of a particular piece of chicken, instead of substituting it with whatever they have ready, they make you wait. Sometimes 10 – 15 minutes. That is very poor customer service.

Slow as fuck. Bet I coulda gotten engaged and had children by the time I ordered and received my food. I finally decided to use my brain and connected the dots when it comes to fast food. When in the butt crack of nowhere, fast food service will be slow as fuck, i.e. Wyoming. Even if it’s during peak hours and there’s a line. Even if it’s during slower times like around 9pm. I went inside for this visit by the way. We might as well went to a sit down restaurant and ordered. Oh well, you live and learn. They offer deep fried sweet potato pie here which sounds tantalizing. I will have to look for that in Chicago.
If I ever come here again, I hope they get their shit together and move faster than a 3 month old infant. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. 2 STARS.

One of the better Popeye’s I’ve been to. Fairly quick which is rare for the other Popeye’s I’ve been to and delicious too!
