I thought this place was fantastic. Sat at the bar and service was great. Top shelf liquors were inexpensive with a surprisingly big selection that I wasn’t expecting before going in. You’re able to pick out the exact steak you want which is nice since you can select what kind of marbling you want. Steaks are refrigerated so after pulling mine(largest filet I could find) and seasoning it I let it sit for about 30 minutes so the temperature could come up before grilling.(I never go straight from fridge to grill.) While waiting I enjoyed the salad bar. I highly recommend letting your steak rest before and after grilling. My son was with me and he enjoyed sitting on the ledge next to the grill and grilling the steak and side dishes. He had a blast. There aren’t too many good places to eat along this long stretch of highway and I’m glad I found this one! I also can’t resist responding to the idiot that said McDonald’s has better burgers. I find that hard to believe and, well, you’re an idiot. You also need to polish up your grammar. Just saying.
