Who puts blue cheese on a pizza?! Seriously! I’ve ordered from so many other places and never experienced this. We also ordered a cheese pizza which I though at least I could enjoy that… Nope. Takes like a I can of tomatoes.

Best white (Bianca) pizza in SE CT. Closest match to real NY pizza in this area. Prices are decent & you can’t bet the location. Not much space to eat inside though, so grab your slice to-​go.

This place is great, I’ve been going there for years. Is great for a slice, or a large pie. My girlfriend specially loves the primavera pizza, be sure to give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Extremely inconsistent, your supposed to get free garlic knots with you large pizza but they constantly are out of them… Even if you just try to order some. The white pizza is good but only if you eat it there… For some reason if you get a white pie to take home it’s soggy and not good. They have poor customer service and seem like they could care less if you give them your business of not. I’m from NY and this is not Like a NY place… If you really want NY pizza and a NICE family owned pizza place go to Valentino’s in Ledyard!!!

This is my favorite pizza place in the area! Delicious crust, great toppings. The only bummer is that they run out of toppings occasionally, but that just means they’re selling out of their awesome food!

Staff is friendly, and the pizza is good. It’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had, or the worst. If given the choice, I would go elsewhere, but I wouldn’t object to eating their food. If you order pastas, be prepared to wait a long time… I was told it would be a 45 minute wait to get a pasta dish, and not wanting to wait that long for food, opted for pizza which only took 10 minutes.

What happened to this place!!! I called up to get a few slices to go they said it would be ready for me when I get there. I drive over to pick them up only to be told I’d have to buy the entire pizza. Said they don’t sell the Sicilian by the slice. Even though the website and person I spoke to on the phone said they did. I’ll never go back there!

My family just moved to Groton yesterday, and a cheese pizza from New York Family Pizza was our first meal in Connecticut. My husband lived here when he was younger, and has been raving and reminiscing about this pizza place for a while! All I could hear coming out of his mouth when he was eating a slice was «mmmm» and «oh my god, so good!» haha
I’d have to agree with him. The cheese pizza was pretty awesome! My 2 year old loved it as well. I can’t wait to try more from your menu!

I’ve only had their Meat Lover’s pizza and buffalo wings.
The pizza is lighter on the cheese side but I always tell them to add extra cheese and then it becomes amazing. The crust on the pizza actually isn’t bad at all, even when it’s cold it’s still nice and soft: D I never eat crusts but I like theirs!
The wings isn’t covered in wet messy buffalo sauce, it’s got that crunchy spicy light batter on it, but I love it! :D I’ve only had it one other time a while back in Hawaii at an Irish pub. And they’re not stingy with the sizes of the wings either like how BWW is sometimes.

The pizza here is amazing! It is really New York style pizza that can be served by the slice or as a whole pie. Anytime I have a pizza craving I come here.
I have only had the pizza, wings and garlic knots so I cannot attest to the rest of the menu, but based on that I would definitely try bigger entrees in the future.
