I don’t normally review fast food places, because we all know what to expect of them, but I had a bizarre experience here the other day and thought I would share. Came and dined in for lunch. Food was fine, although they forgot my marinara for my cheese sticks. Service was also fine. First strange part: the drive-thru was on speaker, and it was LOUD. We were sitting in the dining room and could hear every word the person in the drive-thru was saying. I’ve never heard of a fast food place not taking drive-thru orders through a headset. So be aware, every«um» and awkward pause you make while ordering in the drive-thru, well, the whole restaurant can hear you. Second strange part: they were playing overtly religious music. I mean, I’ll be back — it’s the only Arby’s in the neighborhood, and the food was normal. But I won’t be coming in during dining room hours, that’s for sure.
