IHOP: What else can you say? The pancakes were delicious, the eggs fluffy, crisp bacon and hash browns. Our server was on top of it. Whatever we needed she got it quickly. She even let us use an expired coupon.

Worse service I have ever received. My meal I requested my egg to have the whites done but with a yolk center. It came out like snot. I sent it back it took 20 minutes to remake not only my meal but my daughters. They took her and I complete meal so we couldn’t eat anything. We never got refills on our drinks. Waiter never came back at all after the plates went back. Manager came with new set of egg they were raw too. She said well I made them like I was lying so I pick up the egg and the snotty whites were hanging from the fork so she took the plates away. I was like ok I guess we are done eating. She did take the two meals off my bill but I will not be returning. If the service was good I would have overlooked the bad meal.

At first I was excited about a local ihop, but then my dreams were shattered. The service was slow and terrible, not to mention the waitress didn’t even get our order right. The food was cold and the wait was unnecessary. Will not be returning, spend your money elsewhere.

This place is the absolute worst. Come here if you want terrible service because that’s what you’ll get. The tables and everything on it was dirty. I was very excited when they opened up in Grove City but I’ve been here a couple of times and I’ll never go back.

I would recommend Bob Evans, TJs, or Cracker Barrel unless you want to wait 45 minutes for an average at best meal. This our second bad experience. I gave a pass the first time due to it being newly opened but now…

I wouldn’t usually write a review on an IHOP but I’m afraid all the horrible reviews may scare some people away as it almost did us…
This is NOT a Cameron Mitchell restaurant people. It’s a cleaner Waffle House with slightly less greasy food. Do not go here if you are expecting to talk about how amazing your IHOP fried chicken was months later.
That being said…
Food was great! Pretty solid cheeseburger. It was supposed to be a bacon cheeseburger but they forgot the bacon. I brought this to our servers attention and they ended up comping the whole burger/​fries. The fries were very good also… I ended up eating most of my Kid’s chocolate chocolate chip pancake and it was delicious. The wifey’s crêpe was on point as well.
Our service was excellent. Our server stopped by frequently and always made sure we had plenty of everything we needed. The manager stopped by to check on us which is always much appreciated.
We will be back for sure

Terrible service. We came in at 8:30 on a sunday and our waitress, Flora (Flo), was the worst. She was very rude and kept rushing us. It took her 10 minutes to get our drink order and then another 5 to get our order. Only after did she actually bring our drinks. She was only waiting on 3 tables including us. I dont know what kept her. Only been to this location one other time but im pretty sure the last time we came here it wad her who got a complaint and the manager came out to talk to the customer. The food was meh a little gross. The bathrooms smelled like shit. You’d think since this place just opened a month or two ago that it’d be nice. Nope. Not at all. Never coming back to this location.

First time here and though I am not a huge fan of breakfast food in general the food was tasty. However the service leaves a lot to be desired as they brought part of our order out then several minutes later brought the rest. Had to remind the waitress of items that were forgotten. I also felt that the restaurant could have been cleaner. The floor needed swept, bathrooms could have been cleaner.

We went to the new ihop in Grove City with friends tonight and had such a great experience! Our waitress, Trish, was absolutely phenomenal! She was fun, friendly, sweet and absolutely on top of her game– anticipating our needs and exceeding all of our expectations! The food was also great and the restaurant looks very nice, but what stood out most to us was the customer service. Thanks Trish!

Second time here and doubt I’ll go back. The service is just not good at all. Our waitress was ok but came off as grumpy. None of the employees looked like they liked their job or wanted to be there, which makes me wonder about the management.
My over easy eggs were a little under, the rest of the fare was average and nothing really noteworthy.
We had our young children with us and not that you should expect crayons at restaurants, but they had kids menus to color on and no crayons, so I hunted down some pens from the car. When we were leaving it looked like they had found a couple boxes though and they were opened at the concierge station.
My last issue was the women’s restroom which literally had no heat and was dirty despite it being 9:30 in the morning.
Pretty disappointing but the good news is there are plenty of better options nearby!

I’m really disappointed. The food was good but I didn’t get what I ordered. I ate it because I didn’t wanted to wait again. I asked for 4 crepes with strawberries and got two crepes with cream. For the same price. So we asked our waiter why we still have to pay that price and she didn’t know what to say. All she said was «what do you want me to do?» Well we wanted her to get the right price for a already messed up order. I asked for a side of 3 scrambled eggs with cheese. I got one egg with cheese. It was embarrassing to accept a plate like that just because I wanted get out of there. Sorry but won’t come back. I used to love I hop guess that changed.

Horrible! Waited 15 minutes for water. Waited over a half hour for our food. The order was messed up. They ran out of coffee cup. The manager was called to several tables while we there. I will not be back.

Terrible experience. I had to remind the server for water, cream, and half of my meal. The managers walked around looking, but stayed clear of the tables, and avoided eye contact. Not one of the three managers I saw asked how our meal was and they weren’t even busy. The restaurant is very dark (gray painted walls) and the lighting is poor. I ordered breakfast and received less than ½ cup of barely cooked hash browns when I specifically asked for well done. The food is expensive and the experience poor. I prefer the IHOP in Hilliard which is a shame because this one is much closer.
