My mother, sister and I met up here for lunch one day, I have a limited time for lunch so they got there to get us a table and start ordering. Well I got there about 10 minutes after them and they still hadn’t gotten any drinks. It took the server about 20 more minutes to realize I sat down and to get out orders. We waited and waited for our food that didn’t come in 45 minutes we sat there… o had to leave and eat my burnt food at my office since it took so long to make. I don’t understand why it took so long when they weren’t even that busy… very disappointing since I had alway heard great things about this place.

There aren’t a lot of non-chain diners in the area, so I was excited to try Lilly’s out. I had the Lily’s Original which has 2 eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, hashbrowns, and side of meat(bacon, sausage links, or sausage patties). I ordered it with links and got an extra side of bacon just for the old ticker. The serving size was pretty large, taste-wise everything was very ordinary. I’ve had better sausage links and bacon at those chain restaurants on Stringtown. My wife had the chicken salad sandwich on a pretzel bun with a side of sweet potato fries that came out room temperature. The food arrived pretty quickly, so I’m not sure how the fries became so cool by the time they reached the table. My youngest son had pancakes which I tried and were pretty good, and the other had chicken tenders kids’ meal. The tenders serving size wasn’t big enough for a 9 year old, but the pancakes and sausage was large enough to share. It may have been somewhere between a 2 and 3 star on the food, but our server was pleasant and overall it was an OK value. There are plenty of other things on the menu that I hope to come back and try.

I don’t understand why this place has 4 stars. I’ve been here a few times but only because my husband likes it and it’s close to home. The food here is all from GFS(and I despise food from places like that if you can call it food) and not of good quality. The eggs are so over priced and the coffee is terrible. There aren’t any nice family owned restaurants that serve fresh local sourced ingredients in Grove City but after living here it’s obvious many people don’t care about that.

Food is decent. Sometimes service is slow. Our service was very slow this morning, but food was good. If you want to support local business in Grove City, this is not a bad choice. They do have gluten free bread selections(my daughter is GF). Small restaurant and is always busy. They could use a restaurant overhaul as the flow of people and wait staff interferes with dining.

Lilly’s is the best place for lunch in Grove City! They have a home town feel with food that is home-style but amazing. I had a tuna melt with sweet potato fries and a soda. The bread was buttery and grilled. The tuna salad was fresh with celery, egg, and mayo. My girlfriend had a chicken club on a crossiant with brew city fries. The fries here are the best fries I’ve ever had. Amazing food. I recommend coming here if you’re passing through or staying in town.

Many of the Food items are good but too greasy for me. 6.5÷10 for food. 7⁄10 for price. 7⁄10 for ambiance. It’s worth visiting to check it out. Each time I have been there the staff has been very friendly and helpful. 8.5÷10 for wait staff.

Ordered the Lilly’s special, the hash browns were bland, bacon wasn’t cooked throughly. Eggs were well normal eggs. The only saving grace was the biscuit and gravy. The gravy was the only part that had any flavor in the entire meal. If I were to return I would probably only get the biscuit and gravy.

We’ve lived in Grove City for approx 3 months and are still attempting to visit all of the local dining options. This morning we loaded up and went to Lilly’s for a good home cooked breakfast. The place was fairly full upon arrival which was a good sign. We were seated promptly and greeted by our waitress(very friendly). Drinks orders were placed and came out promptly. Family of 4 ordered our food and it came out in about 10 minutes. I ordered a «full breakfast», my wife got a few items a la carte, and my kids both ordered 2 pancakes. We each also ordered a drink(1 coffee, 2OJ’s and a milk). The food was good but it wasn’t mind blowing. The bacon was VERY salty and the gravy had a different«twang» to it. My kids pancakes were the best thing we ordered by far. My wife’s muffin and fruit were mediocre at best. Her muffin was cold and all of the fruit wasn’t completely ripe. The shocker came when I went to register and the cashier rang up a $ 37.00 breakfast. I don’t mind paying money for exceptional food but this morning left me feeling a bit empty. $ 42 dollars with a tip is steep for a breakfast at a small local diner. I am a big fan of supporting local business but at this price it becomes difficult. I’m sure we’ll go back again at some point but it will definitely not be our go to spot. I was hoping to find a gem to visit when family is in town but we will continue our search.

Traveling on business and are here on a recommendation. I had fish and chips and my colleague had roasted pork. Both were very good. I had the hot pepper infused chocolate torte– also excellent.

It’s a okay breakfast place but there is nothing special about it. Their food is subpar. The Prices are decent and the atmosphere is a bit dated. Everything about this place is just forgettable.

This is way better than a chain restaurant. After my husband and I went through the frustration of other places being packed on a Saturday morning and not wanting to wait we decided to come here. I like the diner atmosphere and convenience of being able to seat ourselves. The waitress was very friendly and the food arrived quickly. The serving portions are very generous and the only complaint that I have is that our hash browns were kind of burnt but I still ate most of them anyways. We definitely will be coming back here soon!

I came here for my first visit and left thoroughly impressed. Sarah was my friendly waitress and she knew the menu inside and out, gave suggestions of their popular dishes, and she was very thorough in maintaining my satisfaction. The food preparation was quick and I had my meal in 10 minutes(breakfast scrambler and their famous pancakes). I never eat pancakes because I’m always disappointed, but Sarah insisted that I try them, and boy was I glad I did! The environment is open and family friendly. It was nice to discover the restaurant being owned and operated by the family. Parking in Grove City at times can be hard to come by, but I had no trouble finding a spot right out front, despite there being 20 – 30 customers inside.

They have the RUDEST help here. The owner’s sister, Tammy, has been harassing me on Unilocal all day! First, she sent me a message requesting that I remove a negative comment that I left over two years ago. When I did, she still kept harassing me. I finally had to block her to get her to leave me alone. Her messages were completely psycho.

Easy like a Sunday morning. Had breakfast this morning and it was great. The food came quickly, tasted good and was reasonably priced. The service was warm and friendly and the coffee was flowing. If you’re staying in Grove City for a Buckeye game, this is a great spot for your post game day start.

Went here for breakfast because my mom thought it was the cutest place! The food was pretty good as well as the service. One thing that weirded me out was the help in the back. Seemed like they liked hanging out outside and they didn’t have a dress code, just wearing any olé thing. Also the service liked talking about their social life more than making a connection with customers. But the place was nice and everything was pretty good just wish there would have been a better vibe.

I love Lilly’s home cooked food. Breakfast is the best thing to get. Lilly’s serves big portions at great prices. My one criticism is the sausage gravy lacked a little bit of flavor. It seemed bland in comparison to other places sausage gravy. Other than that, delicious pancakes, huge slices of french toast, and crispy seasoned hash browns.
