Just horrible! Brought my kids here for dinner at exactly 5pm. Only one other family there and it took 15 minutes to get service. It took an hour to get our pizza because the waitress put in the order wrong and had to resubmit it. She apologized but then went on complaining about her day and how her boyfriend broke up with her. She said I would get 15% off for the mix up and I didnt. It took another 20 minutes to try and pay because by then it had gotten packed and our waitress never brought our check.

We decided to eat in after a fun day with the family. The staff ignored us when we walked in so we sat ourselves. The waitress, if you want to call her that was extremely lazy and had several tables upset when we sat down. We finally ordered so hopefully it comes out better than the service.

On a good night, the pizza is great. I judge a business not only on how well I like them but how well they handle issues(which are bound to come up). I’ve gone to this Pizza Hut for over 20 years, don’t use delivery or dine-in so can’t rate that. Carryout, for the most part, everything is fine — order correct and ready on time and oh so good. This is the only PH in Grove City, so it can get really busy and once in a while, an order may be delayed or made incorrectly. But the employees are always nice and always happy to remake an order and apologize for any mix ups or delays. That’s what keeps me coming back. Don’t be afraid to give them a try.

I ordered pizza online for my family, and went at the time I was told to pick it up. There was one family inside eating, and I waited unacknowledged for approximately 10 minutes. The server finished with tthe family and asked if I was picking up, then no further communication with me. She asked Jeff(who turned out to be the manager) to come up from the back to «ring up the carry out».(I do have a name, which wasn’t asked yet.) He came up, and seemed, at best, to be annoyed that I was there. He rang me out, during which I asked for a few dipping sauces. He took my card, gave me a receipt, saying nothing. About to walk away, I asked again for the dipping sauces, which seemed to further aggravate him. There was minimal eye contact, even less talking, no «Thank you», and definitely not anything kinder. I was really anxious just to leave. I understand bad days happen, but with years in customer service, their level of customer service was highly disappointing. The food was wonderful, but if you order from this store, maybe delivery would be a better option.

Sign says Pizza Hut not Crust Hut. I like my crust with some Pizza it’s bad that the end crust area on a hand tossed pizza takes up almost the same area as the pizza toppings.

Carry outs are never ready at the given time. Ordered online two hours in advance and when I show up, I sit and sit and sit.

Truly terrible pizza. I actually like Pizza Hut pizza usually but this branch is just awful. It is said that even bad pizza is good but… Uh I couldn’t even eat 2 pieces of this stuff

We hadn’t been to a Pizza Hut in years and decided to stop in after church to place a to go order. The two men working were very helpful and thoughtful. After we placed our order we were offered a glass of ice water while we waited because it was hot out. The restaurant was very clean and just a tad chilly(everyone had a sweater on). The pizza was cooked perfect(hand tossed) and the wings were still crisp even after sitting in the sauce. They both were very good and it won’t take us this long to order again.
