Very reasonable and even offer cash. I like to check in every so often since they get stuff in at random. A lot of people seem to think their stuff is so valuable they often yell at the guy behind the counter when given an offer. The owner seems to try and work well with friendly people. I like to try and support local businesses. Where else can you still find a large selection of cartridge games and good quality vinyl records?

Went in the other day for the first time. Selection was pretty good. Kinda pricy. Why is a yellowed SNES the same price as one that isn’t? That’s a small thing, though. Customer service was alright, not great, but I wasn’t insulted by anyone. Was thinking about coming back to get some stuff. Until this happened. One of their employees came into my store and was bragging about how they changed the batteries in some GBA cartridges using nothing but electrical tape. Sorry, what? Can’t even be bothered to resolder it in? So DONOT buy Pokemon GBA games from them, at least, because they won’t last. Especially since they weren’t even going to adjust the price or tell people. Also would consider against buying anything electronic. What else do they have rigged together with chewing gum and paper clips, until it’s too late to return it. Discs might be okay, but I would never ever give a business like this my money.

Games Exchange caters to an eclectic group of people. The store has a varied collection of media from from 78 records to the latest DVDs with VHS tapes and CDs in between. In addition you will find video games, comic books, and baseball cards in the mix. The VHS tapes and DVDs can be purchased, viewed, then returned for a percentage of the original cost. Makes renting tapes a bit easier on the wallet. I particularly enjoy the extensive collection of DVDs. They even have a special section for children’s programs. They take good care of their discs and clean them after each use. I think you will find this store has a little of everything in the way visual media. For those who have complained about what the store offers for used merchandise that you bring in to sell. Remember, it is their store and their money. If you don’t like their offer, you can always go to another games store. However, I think you will find they are as competitive as you will find in any other games store.

Not a bad place to find rare items like toys, old game system and movies. I come here every other day and sometime I find something I NEED to get. The store is pretty chill, everyone keeps to themselves unless you have questions. They’re big dodger fans so expect the Tv to be blasting when the dodgers are playing. But overall, its a small business, chill people, and rare items. Good if you collect things.

All of the workers here including the apparent owner attempted to cheat me and give me almost nothing for my slightly used but still in excellent condition games, blurays, and DVDs. Super unfriendly!!! STAYAWAY!!!

I don’t know about the other peoples experience, But I’ve always liked going here especially after they moved to the new location. Fair trade in prices and quite friendly. Maybe i’m just an easy going guy but I have no issues we the place.

Wish I could give negative stars. I brought in 2 brand new games he looked at them told me they were in terrible condition. I called him out on it and he is like ok they aren’t so I told him he was a ripoff and walked out. He then chased me out of the store cursing at the top of his lungs like a cray person. He offered me 20 bucks for both went to game crazy ang got 60 for both. He is a terrible man and I hope the worse for him save the games and donate them or have a garage sale you will feel better about it or get more money. Do not come here and let’s get crooks like this guy out of the area!

Walked in to the new location to check it out and immediately got kind of depressed. A large dark room with a bunch of comics on a table in the middle, very few video games for PS3, Wii, or XBox 360, an unsmiling guy behind the counter, and Fox News blaring from a TV. The only cool thing I saw is they have a selection of used DVDs for 2 bucks, and if you watch it and bring it back, they give you a dollar. Didn’t see anything I liked though.
