Studio of Performing Arts

This studio has THE worst scheduling and customer service issues. We’ve attempted to enroll our son in the «Mommy and Me» class for weeks now.
Each person we’ve spoken to has given us a different time. From 12:00 to 8:00 to 8:30 and back to 8:00.
I called last week and asked for a 100% answer as there wasn’t seeming to be one so far. They assured us, without a doubt, even the owner in the back ground agreed… 8:00.
By 9:00 we had a screaming upset toddler who was just beside himself because the class did not start until 8:30. The teachers didn’t seem to care about having put anyone out, or how upset my baby was.
Major lack of communication at this studio or concern for the feeling of the littles.
Worst studio I’ve ever come across and I’ve been in dance and competitive dance for over 20 years.
