McDonald’s

Just got some drive through food here… no ketchup was put in our bad (we had ordered fries), they didn’t offer it either. The fries tastes like card board, no salt at all. First time I’ve had to thrown out fries like that. What a waste of money.

My wife has gone at least three times in the last two months and they had no ice cream. The place is also always a mess and not very clean. Anytime I go in there I feel like I need to wash my hands.

I know you’re serving breakfast all day McDonald’s, but when I show up in the morning at least give me some decent food for your silly prices.
I tried the sausage egg cheese biscuit, and sausage McMuffin, and both of them tasted like they were under heating lamp for hours. The worst part? It was only 730 in the morning.
It’s definitely sad when you’re eating breakfast and thinking «damn I wish they would’ve put some catch up in the bag.» But really, I didn’t get any napkins, or ketchup.
McDonald’s is still sad as ever, and when used at point of desperation or cheapness. I won’t be coming back and less I have no choice.

Worst McDonald’s fries ever. The funny thing is… there is always a line at this place… just can’t figure out why?

This place is always busy and fast. I’ve always had polite and courteous service here, but they need to spend a little more time sending someone out to police the dining room and bathrooms often.

I come to this place a lot and always have great customer service and great products. After the past 3 days worth of failed attempts to get a shamrock shake in Augusta, I decided to come here.
They have the shake but they also wont allow for half shamrock and half of another flavor (i want chocolate). I don’t see how it is more than acceptable for a customer to customize their burger with whatever extra they want or what they don’t want, and how a customer can order french fries no salt… but yet a customer can’t order a shake half of one flavor and half of another.
And once again, I worked for McDonalds for 3 years so I know that this process is very easily accomplished, so why can’t I get my half and half shake?
