Above average for a Bux. This location is focused a bit more on auto patronage, located in an outbuilding in a strip mall, but the inside was roomy and the counter service peppy.

I like this location. It’s very conveniently located at 20 Mall on Western. I only ever use the drive-thru here, so I can’t speak much to the service in the store, but I’m always pleased with the employees’ friendliness and order accuracy.

Been here a couple of times. The staff smiles and is friendly and shows great camaraderie and, of course, the product is top notch. However, parking and ingress and egress is tight and it is cozy inside.

Squeaky clean, friendly staff, and they have a drive thru too! With 2 kids in the back and no time to waste during the morning rush, a drive thru Starbucks is soooo handy. Love it.

Brand new Starbucks. Have been in here quite a bit since they opened and everyone who has served me has been friendly and always gets my drink right. Have never had to wait very long either which is a plus. This plaza just keeps getting busier and busier!

Brand New Sbux in Hamiltion Plaza or 20 mall as most people still call it. It’s pleasant. The staff was efficient and friendly. However, I can imagine that during the morning commute this location is hectic. I asked about it and the partners said it gets busy especially because of the drive thru. The lobby is comfortable with smaller tables and chairs. There are four cozy armchairs in the corner, which great for game and or reading time). When it’s nicer out, there is a patio to sit at with they lovely view of the parking lot! Use your imagination if you need better scenery than what suburbia offers. And if you are Team Dunkin Donuts, there is one in Star Plaza.
