I used to go to downtown Gulfport to meet up with friends after a long week of work. The area seemed to have more of an upscale feel, and a relatively decent crowd. The Quarter nightclub usually had a nice live band, EO’s had more of a dance club, and Kilted Kelly’s was a nice spot to go relax, have a drink, and watch the games. Over the past year, the crowd has turned from more of an upscale, business casual crowd, to more bikers and thugs. I went to Kelly’s first and had to walk past three bandido bikers to get in, then once inside the bar I could barely order a drink because of the loud heavy metal music blaring. I would say the bar was about 96% males, and it just did not have the same atmosphere it once had. The only bright side is the $ 5 hamburger was really good. The Quarter has since closed, and EO’s is now worse than even Kelly’s. Never again!

We were walking around in the downtown area in the afternoon, and searching for a place to stop in. Kelly’s had a crowd inside, so we decided to stop in and check it out. They have a nice bar scene going on here. They have a large selection of beers on tap, both craft and mainstream. Prices were very low for happy hour. While not a cigar lounge per se, they had a number of folks smoking cigars here.

Horrible experience the burgers and so called manager were terrible. My friend and I ordered a $ 5 burger special and the product that came out was unacceptable. When I asked to speak to manager a bartender named Tonya said she was the manager. First of all the way she was dressed is not what a manager should protray as a image of leadership, secondly this disgusting burger I paid for was inexcusable and she refused to acknowledge the presentation of the burger or product. I will never return back to this place. Please see below for your future reference.

As seeing as I jus flew into Gulfport twos days ago I decided not to stay and to go out and look for a place to unwind and watch the game and stumbled on to this and I love it they got about 35 beers on tap domestic and craft and cheap delicious food including the $ 5 burger special I will continue to keep coming here till I fly home next month.

Probably one of the best bars in Gulfport. They have a good selection of beers and you mist definitely«tap-out.» At your request they will provide you a card with approximately 30 – 36 beers. If you try them all they engrave your name on a tag and mount it on the wall. The food wasn’t that great but the waitresses are probably the best looking girls in town.

This place has plenty to offer(as long as you don’t mind smoke) — an outstanding beer selection, friendly service, good food and a great happy hour. I’ll defiantly be back.

I write this as an out of towner, to out of towners. This is… cut and paste kitsch. Busy, but nothing spectacular. About as «irish» as sweat shop St. Patrick’s day shirt. Drinks are of decent variety, but nothing stands out. Staff is similar to that of Hooters, ect… you’re paying for skin… service is slow, to confused ~ lost my credit card when I asked to close out the bill, and arrived with a drink I didn’t order. This is a typical bait and switch done at a lot of places that tend to serve out of towners, padding a bill on the hopes you’ll shove one more down the gullet. Pool tables add to fun, but there’s better in town.
