Great little specialty tea and coffee spot in a cool city. Nice place to sit outside.

We came here for breakfast after seeing some other Unilocal reviews, and we were NOT disappointed. We ordered this cute egg and hashbrowns bowl with goat cheese. It was the perfect portion, wonderfully made, and came with great service on a balmy morning. We wanted to stop by for another breakfast before our vacation was over, but didn’t have the time.

5 stars for the food and service Once again, we went here on Sunday morning. Ordered the Mic Mic as its soooo scrumptious. We sat outside on the patio area. Very quiet as we read the paper and drank delicious iced coffee that had frozen coffee as the ice cubes. Great place!

We try and come here once or twice a month for breakfast. It is always so good! We always get the mic mic sandwich and depending on what the muffin of the day is we split a muffin. We are always so impressed with the food and quality. Keep it up!

This is a very nice place for an early Sunday morning coffee and breakfast. I had the«Lisa Bowl» and it was full of flavor with nice creamy goat cheese added in. Sitting outside here is relaxing, and they have good wifi. Friendly staff.

Awesome place, and awesome owner! The rice bowl with the avocado is absolutely incredible! Huge tea selection, and tables to sit and chat. Played Mancala while eating and talking with the owner. Will be back.

This is a cute little shop in cute downtown Gulfport. Too bad it’s got the worst service ever. Unfriendly doesn’t even begin to describe the service from the owner and the cashier. I don’t need much service, but really… At least pretend to be happy to take my money. I don’t understand how a coffee shop can have only milk(no cream) and a limited coffee selection. The pastry selection is limited and the bagels are mediocre. There are lots of good reviews here, but I don’t get it. I’ve tried this shop three times and I won’t go back.

This place is amazing. They have awesome espresso and coffee in addition to the fabulous English muffins and other baked goods(I tried the raspberry muffin, and it was to die for). Try the Moroccan coffee! It has a delicious spice to it and a lemon rind which adds an interesting and incredible flavor to the coffee. It definitely will get you going too! Anyway try this place because it is awesome and you can’t pick wrong!

Love this place; outdoor tables in a beautiful courtyard with great art work. This is our second time here and it taste even better than the last time, if that’s possible. I got the Lisa bowl with cheddar cheese, which consisted of onions, peppers and potatoes with two poached eggs over it. Once I started I couldn’t stop until there was none left. It filled me up, but I still wanted more. I will be back next time when I am in Florida.

The perfect tea shop to stop into. Both T and Me and its Owner James are a pure joy to be around. Two friends and I were in the area after visiting Fort De Soto Park and we popped in there for some tea. James was great and was willing to have a long chat while the tea could not have been more perfect. Try the Bohemian Rasberry if you’re in there! Also the muffins were DELICIOUS

This is a really cute out of the way place. You can’t really see it from the street, so it can be difficult to find if you’ve never been there. The employees were friendly and the outdoor seating was nice. I had a half order of eggs Benedict which came with a side of potatoes, and then I had a coffee to drink. I was happy with my meal for the most part. My husband had the Mic Mic sandwich. He didn’t care for his at all, particularly because of the bread. The bread just had an odd texture to it. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. I understand they make it themselves, which I appreciate. All in all its a nice place with decent food, worth a stop in to check it out.

Don’t get me wrong– this place is usually fantastic. And the younger employee has great vibes. But recently I had a terrible encounter with the owner while trying to compliment his homemade breakfast. A customer should NEVER be put down and lectured for asking about menu items. He was rude and made me feel so uncomfortable to a point where I had to leave without a delicious coffee. Sorry but if the owner puts out mean, angry energy I will leave– don’t care how good the food is

It’s a cute little place with great outdoor seating. However, I think I got the wrong things. I ordered a Thai tea. It was nothing like Thai tea at thai places. It tasted like regular black tea with milk and orange food coloring. It was very watery. I also had the chicken quesadilla. It was decent. The prices are really affordable. I should have tried some other things because the menu looks good. I went in to get a pastry. All they had was oatmeal cookies. So I ordered the brownie bowl off the menu and she said they were out. I settled on the what I ordered and it fell short. I might try again some time for dessert but never ordering Thai tea again.

James(owner) is a wonderful person, and everything in his shop reflects that. The food is excellent. The atmosphere is excellent. The service is excellent. The customers are excellent. I don’t need to type or complicated review to tell you that T and Me is worth checking out. You won’t be disappointed. In fact, I can pretty much guarantee you’ll leave there feeling wonderful and like you made a new friend.

On the one hand, this is a cute little place in a quaint quiet courtyard and they do have some excellent teas. On the other hand, the staff wasn’t very friendly and their wifi didn’t work. I probably would have gone 4 stars, if not for those two issues. What do you look for in a coffee house? Good coffee and tea, obviously, but unless you’re going to Starbucks, you’ll probably find good coffee and tea. The lady and I stuck with tea on this trip, and their teas do not disappoint. They had dozens of options of loose leaf teas — it was actually difficult to choose. However, once we were finally able to choose, we were both very happy(she got a green tea chosen by the barrista and I got a dajeerling tea, I think). But what else do you want? Food? Can’t help you there. We ate somewhere else. Comfortable place to sit? The inside didn’t look comfy at all, and outside they had some tables and chairs in the courtyard. Nothing that felt like your tailbone was being crushed into your spinal cord, but not the most comfortable seats either. Still, we sat for an hour or so without loosing all feeling in our legs and butts, so it couldn’t be all bad. The two major issues were the wifi and friendliness of the service. The wifi, which is free, also didn’t work, or at least, the password the clerk gave me(and assured me was correct) didn’t work. I tried a few variations(capital letters, etc), but to no avail. According to the clerk, their wifi is just«finicky,» which is a nice way to say it «sucks,» or is «broken.» She told me she knew of a a few possible passwords for their neighbors if I wanted to try those, which is a nice way of saying they steal their neighbor’s wifi. In the end, we found an unsecured network to use, but that just means you can’t rely on having internet access. The other issue was the clerk herself. I don’t remember the last time I got scowled at and given dirty looks just for walking into a store and daring to order anything. When I saw the row upon row of tea options and asked if we can order any of them, she answered me in a way that could have easily been replaced with, «duh!» She was mostly rude and unpleasent, except when offering to help us steal someone else’s wifi. It is a cute courtyard though set back from the street with a lot of open space. They also have outlets outside — not many, but a couple — so you can plug in without sitting indoors with Rude McRudermuffin(that might not have been her name). Finally, you can’t deny they serve good teas and coffees. Probably worth going back to if I need some caffeine in the Gulfport area, but next I get the stink-eye, I better have done something to deserve it.

What a great find! I only had an iced tea but the location is great, the staff is very knowledgable and helpful, and the food looks yummy. The outdoor seating is really nice with free wifi access. Gulfport in general is a hidden gem in the St. Pete area. Check it out if you’re looking for an eclectic and artsy neighborhood.

This is my type of brunch spot: secluded, near water(not on the water, though), and its neighbors are a collection of locally-owned and focused small businesses. It feels like your friend’s kitchen in here. They’re properly and minimally staffed and serve breakfast all day. The décor is awesome and features local art work. Plus, they serve wine/beer and sake! I ordered the eggs Benedict, because I have to try this English muffin everyone raves about. I asked for hollandaise on the side, because I’m weird about liquids on my food. Ok, I ate it. It was the best English muffin, EVER. I bake bread, and I can totally tell it’s homemade. It even has a subtle flavor, as opposed to processed white bread ‘flavor.‘ Egg was poached perfectly and the hollandaise was hand made. It took maybe 10 – 15 minutes, and I didn’t question the wait, because I could see that he was carefully creating my sandwich. It comes with a potato-onion hash, but I’m not an onion fan. However, it almost tastes like I could get over the onions with a little ketchup. I almost feel guilty not finishing, because SOMUCH love went into it. I’d certainly recommend it to onion fans. There is a stage outside, so I’d love to come back at night when they have performances! This is a definite winner, and we should support GOOD small businesses like this.

Well, I’ve now had the best English Muffin ever created. No exaggeration.(I’m not even a huge fan of the English Muffin genre) Seriously — the«Mic Mic» breakfast sandwich(basically a huge ‘Egg McMuffin’, but on a housemade muffin with a huge slab of ham, cheddar cheese, and egg) was the most incredible thing I have eaten for breakfast in a LONG while. Mouthwatering. They even have sriracha you can add to spice it up! The portions are huge, prices reasonable, the quality is some of the best I have experienced, and the vibe is pure Gulfport. If they had a larger inside dining area, this place would be overrun. As it is, the inside is tiny, and the outside courtyard gets HOT very fast(it’s all brick pavers which become a sweltering convection oven by 10am in the summer). Of course, there is probably no way they could maintain this level of stellar artisan cookery on a larger scale, so I accept it for what it is. My advice, get here early in the summer and enjoy the awesomeness.

T and Me Company is located in the Gulfport’s «Art Village Courtyard» area. It is a cluster of brightly colored buildings, housing locally owned businesses. There is plenty of seating outdoors, but the staff is super nice inside as well. The main thing I came to T and Me for is the rice hand roll, there are two to choose from, Mango de Leche and Banana Crunch. Since it is mango season right now, I went with the Mango de Leche, which reminds me of eating Thai Sticky Rice with Mango. There is half of a fresh mango, cut into finger-like pieces(longways), surrounded by Thai sticky rice, crispy toasted coconut, and all wrapped in a rice paper roll wrapper. I picture this being something that you would get at a street market in Thailand. It definitely blew me away! We will definitely come back to try their breakfast/brunch items. Great atmosphere, great people, and great tea!
