The service was fast and friendly. The food was good and we even ended up with little coupons for a free frosty. Pretty sweet deal.

Needs a new manager has no idea that front counter needs assistance! Waited 15 mins! 5 people in restaurant. 3 people in five minutes came in from drive thru for wrong order or incorrect change ! Not going to come back!

This particular Wendy’s has great service, the food is fresh and the prices are reasonable. Since I live down the street and I am usually on the move, I choose Wendy’s over any other fast food place because of there promptness and cleanliness. I don’t know what your experience has been like at other Wendy’s but mines is always a pretty good one. I only have one issue… The drive through is narrower than most fast food joints and the in and out is kind of dangerous considering it is almost the same lane. Expand!

Average food and service. They do have a touch screen coke machine that has about 100 different beverages to chose from.

The food is good! The restaurant is clean and service could use some improvements for sure. I only reason why I don’t rate this Wendy’s better than just an average rating is because of the service. Every time I am in there, I never feel appreciated. I don’t feel like my business is appreciated and it kind of disappoints me since there are so many better Wendy’s nearby. I recommend you go to the Wendy’s in Round Lake Beach, sure it’s another 10 minutes away but the design of the restaurant is beyond extraordinary and modern, I will guarantee you’d like it, plus you’re actually treated like a valued and appreciated customer!
