When shopping for price they were the best. But beware, before you know it, the price can double, or more! They were asked to replace a zone and gave a great price so I hired them. While they were here, we saw that another zone wasn’t working properly. I asked what it would cost and was told, «don’t worry about it.» When the bill came, it was double what I had been quoted. They put on an hourly rate of $ 100/​hr, much higher than anyone else, and something I would not have agreed to.
Will not use them again!

Their scheduling and meticulous attention to detail is second to none. Just one caveat. Keep detailed billing records and pay at the time of service. Make it a point to be home to pay for any services performed at the end of your service visit. In closing, aside from their billing department perform excellent work which they do indeed stand by their work.
