If I could give this place a negative star, I would! I have been a fan of Hooter’s and have been going for years. Over the past year or so, this place has just gone downhill. I tried to give it another shot as it is a very convenient place to go with my husband and sons. The last time we went, I ordered a beer and it was just rancid. They clearly don’t clean their taps. I sent it back and the muscle head manager actually denied serving me another beer because of my complaint against the foul tasting tap beer. Horrible customer service, the place is filthy and the food is horrible.

By far the worst hooters I have ever been to. I paid $ 22.11 plus tip, for a cheesesteak, that no longer comes with fries, and a small order of the buffalo shrimp. When placing my order on the phone, I asked for a side of cheese for the «FRENCH FRIES THAT COMES WITH THE CHEESESTEAK». Do you think that the girl on the other end of the phone would say, «I’m so sorry, but these cheese steak no longer comes with fries, would u like a side order»? Nope. Let’s me order the side of cheese I had to pay for, for the non existent fries with my order. I was told the order would be ready in 10 – 15 mins. I got there in 20 to give an extra few mins, and the order wasn’t even started. The bartender told me the order was already started but they got slammed with tables (there was 4 tables in the entire restaurant because I counted) What a bunch of crap. She either forgot to put in the order, or they just forgot to make it. Not only did all of these mistakes not automatically come with a manager, but even when I got home with the order, the girl STILL did not put a manager on the phone. I said «so I paid for a side order of cheese I told u I was ordering for the fries that came with the cheese steak»? Her reply was yes, you ordered it but it doesn’t come with fries anymore we changed the menu. So I said «oh that’s great, what a waste of money». STILL NO APOLOGY. I worked for the company for 4 years a few years ago, and this lack of compassion, and unwillingness to want to do their job, would have never been ok. Poor poor poor service. You never deserved the tip to begin with, but still gave it after waiting 40 mins for a sandwich! I will never spend another dollar in this place. I’ll continue going to Paramus, where the service was ALWAYS better.
This place doesn’t even deserve one star.

So I’ve been a Hooters fan for years. My favorite dish to get is the Snow Crab legs as they are inexpensive compared to other places… HOWEVER! For the last 2 years the portions they serve have gotten smaller on size AND smaller in weight! The menu claims 1 pound of snow crab legs but I’ve complained several times about it not being even close to one pound. Now I have proof.
I ordered the alleged 1 pound of snow crab legs for take out. Once again, when I looked at them I immediately knew it was not a pound. The size of the crabs were tiny and there was only two full clusters. When I got home I weighed the crabs. To no surprise, the crab legs were barely over half a pound. 9 ounces to be exact. I’m including pictures for your sakes.
Hooters has robbed me for the last time. I’m crossing Hooters Hackensack completely off my list of places to go. I would only recommend this place for beer and looking at the servers.
Stop stealing from people with false advertisements!

Bad experience! We weren’t properly greeted or seated… Told to sit wherever we like… When we did, we waited 15 minutes before anyone brought us menus! Our food took too long before it was brought to us and arrived cold. The ketchup bottle was almost empty and when we asked for more it took another 10 mins. Food was so cold it became inedible! Never again! Not worth it!!! Don’t waste your time or money!

Was hungry for wings. Figured I could eat and watch March Madness. Can’t review the food because I walked in, was told to sit anywhere. Sat at a table near the bar. No one said hello. Ten minutes later, after 4 waitresses had walked past me, I walked out. No one cared. Pathetic. The management deserves to go bankrupt.

Here my review. HOOTERS is a great place to go to with or without the kids. There is no menu for kids but you can always ask the server. My 3 boys enjoyed the big portions and free refills. The wings are excellent. They do have t shirts and hats here to buy or you can go online. I thought it would be weird but it was fun watching my 12 year old avoid eye contact lol. My 5 year old was over excited to just to say HOOTER!!! N my 10 yr old was eyeballing the babes. Our server came regularly to check in n was very nice. I would come back.

Should of realized when I walled in on a saturday and it wasnt packed to leave immediately. our food came out and i chewed a fried pickle when something poked me in the tongue and it was a fingernail!!! How disgusting than when our salad came out it was on dirty bowls that manager told the waitress to tell us it was clean even though you could scratch the crust off of the plates. The manager never even came over to assist us and was too busy flirty with one of the staff memebers. Toilet bowls are ar

We come here for their crab legs which are good and fresh, their crab legs are better than in many seafood restaurants, but the service is many times slow and besides that it pisses me off when they bring you the food cold — this is what happened today.
I was sitting next to the kitchen and saw when my food was ready, but the girl that was serving my table had no clue and was doing don’t know what at be bar. I waited for a decent period of time and my food was still sitting on that same tray getting cold, I had to catch somebody else and tell them that my food is ready and I’m not being served.
The crab legs were barely worm and when i mentioned that, the waitress was insisting that they are still ok and worm enough, I didn’t want to make a big deal and took them but surely enough by the time I was done I had to eat my last crab legs cold, well …
She never brought me my drink, had to ask again somebody else to bring it to me.
And all this considering that I was during lunch time and they were not busy, very few table.

Haven’t been to this location in awhile but a great place for football Sundays. I got fried pickles, split an order of wings and and chili fries with a friend and everything came out great. Beer pitchers were pretty cheap as well and I would come back for any type of sporting event.

Service is very hit or miss. The food always takes forever, even when the restaurant is dead. I’ve been to a lot of hooters over the years and this is by far one of the worst. But at least they are consistently bad so you’ll always know what to expect!

Had a great time with my brother on his 18^th birthday. The staff were friendly. The food tasted amazing. We order 50 pieces of chicken and a boat load of other things. The shrimp and fish tacos were great. The parking was okay because it was not packed in there. Overall, the pricing was great and the food was good. I would come back to watch some games since there were so many tvs.

I order wings, french fries and half pound of steam shrimp to go. The food was good, but service wasn’t all that. They forget things that is definitely needed when eating plain wings like sauce and ect. It was almost $ 35 of food. :/

Grease Grease and oh yea more grease. I used to love when they had a billboard about children’s meals. I am no prude but honestly I really would not have taken my daughter here for lunch. I love chicken wings, I just do not love them here. The attention here is on the waitresses and not the food.

We avoid chains like the plague, but when there’s a deal like Buy 10 Wings get 10 Free for Father’s Day, you stop in and deal with the fact Hooters is just so sad.
The property just looks tired. The servers look annoyed. The manager is ill-​kempt and greasy. There was a sheen of barely wiped oil on our table, and no apologies by the server when she finally located our table and came to take our order.
Let’s digress. The place was empty on Father’s Day when we walked in, around 4:30 p.m. Almost every table still had vestiges of food, paper, straw wrappers, chicken wing debris, water rings… and we were told to «sit anywhere». There was one party of about 15 in the middle of the room.
We chose to sit «anywhere», and sat near the party, figuring that’s were the server action was. That’s exactly where it wasn’t. We waited over 6 minutes IN THE EMPTY RESTAURANT for one of the 3 servers to come over. We ordered immediately. Wings. Beer. And waited.
And waited.
And waited.
TWENTY MINUTES. Twenty. Minutes.
In an empty restaurant. To get a deal they all knew people might show up and order.
The wings were dried and barely tossed in that buttery buffalo grease they use (which we happen to like occasionally, like yesterday).
No excuse from the server.
We almost immediately ordered another 10, figuring it would take a long time, and it STILL did. We requested they use a bit more tossing solution with this batch. The server looked like she was going to say something snide but thought better of it, and was satisfied to say «Really?» The wings showed up at the table submerged in the hot sauce. When I say submerged, please believe me, Literal translation. They were swimming, no, drowning in the sauce. We thought that was a bit overdone and told the server. She said, «yeah they are». Ooooh honey, get back to night school.
Asked for the check. Waited. Waited. Waited.
Got up to find the server. She mouthed «sorry», but no check.
I told my husband, let’s get near the door. That brought her closer and she said she needed to make sure the manager took the free wings off the bill.
Really? Like they had no idea people might take them up on their offer.
Dirty, ill-​run, sad little restaurant.
Go elsewhere.

The only reason why this review gets one star is because I don’t have the option to post a review without a star. This place is a COMPLETE JOKE! we were told we could sit anywhere so we picked a place by the bar. One would think that this would make it easier for the waitress to notice us. However we sat for 10 mins without anyone acknowledging us. To make matters worst, I watched the waitresses gather in a group at the end of the bar and chit chat, all while the manager stood around and ignored the possibility of making business. Don’t believe me check the picture. Boobs are great but cmon on ladies. You need brains to make your money.

I just wrote a review about the Hooters in Wayne and their Skimpy-​ass Buffalo Wings (check it out). This Hooters spot is SO much better. Their wings actually have meat on them…
The only thing that sucks about this place, is that they are a little out of my way to get to. And… well, the girls aren’t very attractive… Well, I can’t say that for all the girls… But on the night I was there? Let’s put it this way… I’ve seen better Butts in an ashtray. Yeah… If the girls from the Wayne Hooters served here? Well, that would be one kick-​ass Hooters! And I’d make the out of the way trip to come here ;-)
Don’t go getting bent out of shape! You KNOW that hot girls in Hooters is a selling point. Or else their uniform would be sweatpants and turtleneck… Face the facts!
That said, the service was great. and friendly and if i’m in that neighborhood, I’d definitely stop here again!

The bone-​in wing tips are good here, but sometimes the drumsticks are hit or miss.
Also the servers aren’t attentive unless your a 55 year old man they can swindle tips from.

I don’t even know where to begin with this place.
1. Ordering the unlimited wings was a big mistake it took them a complete hour to bring me my order of wings .
2. My friend had a hair in his fried chicken .
3. My wife’s cell phone got stolen
I still got charged for wings that were raw. I’m never coming back and will always stand behind my promise to never come back here.

Yes I’m writing a review for hooters! Why? Because every restaurant deserves a review!
The boobs and wings are hot at this joint. I’m sorry to announce that the three mile island sauce has been discontinued at this hooters. I don’t know if that means at every hooters… but believe me this almost made a grown man cry.
The wings were standard good and the service was excellent. The girls are very nice and nice to look at it. This hooters is pretty big and has a large parking lot. The entrance to the restaurant is right off of route 4 east. Can’t miss it with the big sign.
