Late Nite Hackensack Pizza and Steak

I’m stopping by to tell the people from this place that if I would have gotten my pizza tonight I might have ordered pizza in the future. But the delivery guy was an asshole over the phone. Funny how something so little as being disrespectful to the people that order your heart attack inducing pizza, can lose you future business.

Great place in that it’s open late, but terrible in that it makes poor quality food and pizza and tries to overcharge drunk college kids. I’ve heard the stories from everyone else but this is a place to avoid at all costs. They will rip you off. But then again, if you have no choice but these guys, go ahead, these guys are at least average, given that every other place is closed because they’re not desperate for business. Truth.

I love that you can order late night for delivery!!! I’ve had their wraps, salsa and appetizers. All delicious! Definitely recommend.

Me and my son, Justin hit this place. Great cheesesteak and chicken supreme hero super fresh, fries very tasty. Great vibe in the place, music, conversation, cool. Next time trying the pizza

Pimadori slices are amazing! So are the steak sandwiches. The cooks definitely put love into their food I’m looking foreword to try other dishes. The late delivery has to be the biggest plus. Not often do places deliver until 3am.

Called in for a pizza delivery; took almost an hour and it was way undercooked and soggy. Toppings were off the pizza from the delivery. Won’t order from here again.

Holy smokes batman! So it was 12am and my beautiful wife and I were hungry Hackensack late night pizza to the rescue. I thought how good could it really be but the food was awesome. We got a whole pie half pepperoni half plain the the sauce was flavorful and tasty, just a well put together pizza. The place was a jam packed hole in the wall but the atmosphere was livened up by the house guitar that was being passed around. I don’t think any other place puts out that volume of garlic knots. Def going to order again from Hackensack late night pizza!

For a 2 am munchie place. Their not bad delivery takes a while but the slices are huge ! The wraps are even bigger. The only thing that wasn’t good were the creole wings not only did they taste funny but their smell is horrific. Overall not. Bad spot.

The staff, the atmosphere, and most importantly… THE FOOD is AWESOME. Just moved to Hackensack a few months and was no sure I could get some good pizza south of NYC, I was wrong. These guys make a great pizza as well as many other things on the menu. Places like this get my support!!!

If you’re getting Late Nite, you need to actually get in your car and drive there for the full experience. While the food is just as delicious if you get it delivered, the atmosphere inside the place really adds to your late night experience. I have ordered take out from here both drunk at the end of the night and sober as my dinner choice. The guys that work here are all awesome and love joking around with patrons while they wait for their food. The food itself is incredible. They make a «real steak» cheese steak that is so flavorful and delicious! It is just a very tasty sandwich that you wouldn’t think a hole in the wall would be able to deliver. Their pizza is well above the standard pizzas you’d find at any local pizza place in your neighborhood. And their chicken wings are always crispy on the outside and meaty on the inside. There’s nothing on this menu that I wouldn’t try at least once. I love coming here!

Good place to go after a couple of drinks. The guys at Late night are very fun to hang with! And they’re open late (rare in the area) — huge plus.

Great food, open late but the map is wrong. The address is correct so just head all the way diwn main, past 7 – 11 and target and its on the left.

It’s 2AM and you just got out of one of the countless bars in Bergen County, you are pretty wasted AND you are famished. In a somewhat futile attempt to take the edge off of your pending hangover the next day you decide to get some food… What to do? Plant yourself in some dreadful diner and wait for Emma to bring you a plate of nastiness? Sigh. Roll up on the 24 Hour drive-​through At the fast food joint? Ugh.

I HATE diners, and late-​night fast food from the drive-​through seems to only intensify your next-​day suffering in this situation, so I consider this place a godsend. I have stumbled in at least five times since I discovered it about a year ago and every time it has been both thoroughly satisfying and tasty.
It is the perfect size for it’s target market, small and comfortable for the late-​night stragglers that frequent this establishment. Some classic 80’s or classic rock song always seems to be playing on their jukebox in the corner, and sometimes if you’re lucky the old plastic desktop disco ball will be on and spinning intensifying the experience. The staff definitely have amusing personalities and I enjoy joking around with them. The overall energy has been positive and fun every time I have dropped in, though I am sure they have some entertaining stories.
The Food:
I find the pizza to be above average in quality, cut into large-​style slices, as can be seen in my photographs. Once I even ordered a steak (I don’t think I have ever ordered steak outside of a steakhouse) which I found to be acceptable for a 2AM drunken feast.
If you can’t already tell, I’m very happy Late Nite Hackensack Pizza and Steak exists and I’m sure I will continue to drop by from time to time in the years to come!
For all those low-​star whiners that had a bad delivery experience… You are doing it wrong. Late Nite Hackensack Pizza and Steak is not for you, go to bed. lol.

I was at a friends house in the area and we all decide we were a little hungry. We decided to order from this place because it was so late and the the only thing that was open that would deliver to us. I’m pretty sure I heard my friends doorbell ring and we went out to find no delivery guy. So we called up and said they were on their way. He arrived 5 – 10 minutes later so it wasn’t the end of the world. Plus I’m sure this place gets a number of late night orders that have been for nothing and forgotten about by the customers.
Pizza was decent but nothing to go crazy over. Would order from here again if I’m in the area. Probably as good as it’s gonna get for late night pizza in Hackensack.

I wish I had a good experience like everyone else on here, however my first time experience at this mediocre pizzeria was horrific. First of all, my food was delivered an hour and 15 minutes late. When the pizza arrived it was cold, burnt and tasted like the cardboard box it was delivered in. When I called back to see if I can be refunded for the pizza, they gave me a problem and said there was no driver available to pick the pizza back up, mind you it was JUST DELIVERED. So I went back over to return the pizza. When I walked in the guy behind the counter was so rude cursing at me and saying the pizza wasn’t burnt. Regardless, the taste was awful so I wanted to be refunded, they wouldn’t do it. They say their pizza is ment to come with a blackened crust and if it I wanted a white pizza I should have called dominos. Call me crazy but I think that was the rudest thing I have ever heard of. After about 15 minutes of going back and fourth, he gives me back 20 $ for the pizzas worth 30 $ because we ate 1 slice, I will never EVER EVER reccomend this place to anyone because if you have a horrific experience they will give you a problem.

Other than being closed Monday and Tuesday, this place kicks butt. Seriously, for anyone that works long hours, this is a great place for a very late dinner. And when I mention dinner, I mean pizza.
Their pizza is pretty good. After 2am on a Wednesday, it may actually strike you as tasting great. Seating is not plentiful, as this is more of a «take it to go» type of place, but they do have the appropriate condiments on each table.
Parking will not be an issue after 10pm and they also offer a delivery option.
You can’t lose…

I really really love the staff at this place. You get a LOT of bang for your buck– pizza weighs a ton! I’d wish they used heat bags for delivery, pizza is never that warm by the time it gets to us. However that wouldn’t stop me from ordering from here over and over. Great spot to have close to home for those midnight munchies! Veggie pizza is awesome!
