This review can mainly speak for their drive-​thru but it’s always very fast and the service is always very friendly. Never had a problem with an order or customer service. Only been inside once and the service indoors was ridiculously slow but never had a problem ordering outdoors. Definitely find myself coming back here.

Gross. The play place isn’t open. I slipped on some nasty greasy crap on the front walk and fell, told the manager and she didn’t apologize or anything.

Congratulations Hackensack! You have the slowest and rudest staff I have ever encountered and a close runner up to the dirtiest. A cashier yelling next repeatedly in my face, and her look of disgust when someone does not tell her the order fast enough puzzles me because we all had to wait 10 minutes for our food. While I waited 2 out of the 5 people before me came back because of incorrect orders. This place is also a pain to get to because you can’t not make a left into their parking lot. That was life giving me a sign to stay away!

I went inside and ordered two lunches to go. It looked like everything was there. When I got back to my office I discovered the cinnamon melt I had paid for was not in the bag. I complained through their website then got a call from a manager. She asked me why I had not come back for the cinnamon melt. If I had that kind of time I would not have bought lunch at McDonalds. She said to save the receipt so we could get the cinnamon melt free on our next visit. Then they shortchanged us … again.
