I just discovered that this location does not participate in the Yankees 50% off promo. I used to order religiously from Papa Johns but now im going to be order from Dominos instead. Big Mistake!

I placed my order by phone and went to the store to pick up my order. I paid for my food and was told to wait. I waited about 10 minutes and was told my order was missing and they are re — making the order. No applogies. Nothing. Just as matter of fact that my order was missing and they are re doing it. When I asked how long it would take, I was told 7 minutes. Not that I believed… it took another 20 minutes.
It’s not that they didn’t receive my order. It was on their system and they got my money… but how is it possible that they lost my entire order. I would love to know.

The pizza is ok (for «fast» commercial pizza). If you don’t mind waiting 2 hours for delivery then you’ll be fine

Ordered 2 pies waited over 1 hr for them to deliver it less than a mile from the store. When the pizza finally did arrive it was cold and inedible. Called the store and asked for a refund and was told by the «manager» that they don’t do refunds and could only give a 50% off coupon.
Will definitely not be doing anymore business with this location/company!!!

Don’t buy anything from here, as a result of the 2012 Election. Their president is again’t an employee’s right to basic sick care and said he will cut workers hours.

For years I have avoided pizza chains but the other night I decided to give this Papa John’s a try — and I’ll just say that I really enjoyed the pizza. I got a large with two meats and it was very good. Still tend to prefer the local mom and pop type of pizza and that good NY style neopolitan style, but this was delivered fast, tasted great for the most part and was in the same price range. Good job Papa John’s.

I hate chain pizza.
With that being said, I ordered from Papa John’s as I was working from home and was on a long conference call … and Papa John’s offers fast and simple online ordering from their website.
I ordered a large pie with ham, bacon, and pineapple. Was pleasantly surprised with the flavor for a chain pizza, but still doesn’t compare to traditional pizzeria pizza.
3 stars for ease of ordering and extremely fast delivery.

Ordering online from Papa John’s is awesome for 3 reasons:
1) I don’t have to talk to anyone
2) Specials are clearly posted for your area
3) I don’t have to talk to anyone who’s gonna mess up my order. The pizza’s delivered exactly as I confirm it on the screen in front of me.
