Panera Bread

if I could give zero stars I would. 35 minutes we waited for lunch. will not be returning.

Daughter loved the broccoli cheddar soup, we all like the bagels and I also like the breads and sandwiches. Great deal on Tuesdays, «Baker’s Dozen» of bagels for around $ 7, but order and P/​U early, they fly out the door. I’m also a fan of their coffee and that $ 9 coffee cake that they sell. Still, we only get there or get stuff to go perhaps a dozen times a year. Lastly, I think their bagels are better than Hot Bagels Abroad, sorry HBA fans, but that was my last experience.

Fast service on a busy road. Great for 3 meals a day. Coffee is great too. Better than Dunkin.

Maybe this place is good. But the one time I came in while travelling they almost put a whole piece of bacon on my sandwich.

I found Shamus extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. He has a very positive attitude!

Go in every few weeks and everything is always fresh, and the place is spotless — not something that can be said of every Panera store. The most impressive thing about this Panera, though, is the service.
As I said we only go in once every few weeks, usually on a Sunday. After my rotator cuff surgery, I went in with a shoulder sling and as she was taking our order, Imane asked me what happened. We went in a few weeks later, still wearing the sling, and she asked if I was feeling any better from last time. Not too impressive when you think about it — how many guys wearing slings on their left shoulder has she waited on, after all?
I am now out of the sling, but still EVERY time I go in and Imane waits on us, she remembers that I’m the guy who had shoulder surgery and asks how I am doing. She also remembers that we split a soufflé so we need two forks. It’s not like we go in every day — seriously it’s maybe once every 2 – 3 weeks. I don’t even get that kind of service in places I go to all the time! I hope that her manager is recognizing and rewarding this young lady’s outstanding service and attention to detail!

I order takeout salads here about once a week… In all honesty they screw something up every single time!!! Yet I still go back because there are not a lot of healthy options for dinner that you can pick up quick around town! They forget at least two items on each salad … Always! I have driven back twice. Sometimes I call them when I get home and complain. Often I try to peer in the boxes before I leave to see” what’s missing this time”. The kids behind the counter just laugh and joke and don’t pay any attention it seems, to the order they are preparing! If you ARE going to take out, check your order before you pull away!

A pretty standard place, great for meeting with old classmates, as you can sit and talk for hours without being bothered. That said, the food’s only sub-​par (very very salty — be prepared to be thirsty after your meal), and in my opinion, everything there is quite overpriced.
It closes pretty early — one time I wanted to meet a friend for coffee in the evening (8pm ish?), and Panera had closed already.
