Good, courteous, fast service. Good music playing getting me in mood for coffee. Right outside of UMASS. Easy access in and out with a drivethru.

Newton, MA
Extremely slow service and always seems to mess up the orders. Don’t dare to do drive through because you will most likely get the wrong order or they will leave stuff out. The staff is very friendly and the building is always clean, but it is very frustrating every time I go there. They have messed up my order on many occasions to the point where it makes sense to drive the extra mile to a different location.

East Falmouth, MA
If you are in the mood for a cup of Dunks in the Amherst/​Hadley area, then this is the best store to stop at. This particular location on Rt. 9 has the best Dunks coffee in the area. It tends to be less busy than the location on University Drive and the coffee tastes better here as well.
The staff here is always polite and the coffee is always made to perfection. The only downside to this location is that pulling in and out of the parking lot can be chaotic. The dining area itself was also recently remodeled which makes for a relaxing atmosphere.
Overall, this is a great Dunkin’ Donuts location and this will continue to be my go-​to location in the area.

After stopping in for the first time 3 months I walk in and everyone still remembers my order THIS IS THE GREATEST DUNKIN DONUTS OF ALL TIME BEAR NONE AND ONLY CAPITOL LETTERS CAN PROPERLY EXPRESS MY FEELINGS
