I have lived in the Hagerstown area for approximately 5 years. I stop into this liquor store and feel very unwelcomed on most occasions. This establishment per the younger male employee says to me and my husband… we don’t follow customers and make them feel uncomfortable. This is so far from the true! Either the you man who we have spoken has not been truthful or the employees in this establishment need to be trained. He continues to be followed around the store… we will travel across town where we are welcomed! Too many chances

Could be the most red neck of the stores I’ve tried. So friendly in the least, prices are not the best. Yet they have a great selection…
If only the Wooden Keg didnt special order things & have them delivered in days…
Wooden Keg could teach this place a thing or two.
