When you enter a «fine» establishment you would expect that someone would greet you. Not a hello or a goodbye.
I even traveled to the new location to see if the attitudes might change with the new location. The merchsndise is adequate. A bit pricey. They should have left the lack of customer service on Dual Highway

i like this store. True, the clerk isn’t warm and fuzzy, but she does give help as needed and I’ve never had a problem. The prices are very good and the quality is too. I shop carefully, and have bought a number of nice things for my home. I try to get by at least once a month, it’s way on the other side of town from me now. They are picky about what they accept and the prices are fair, sometimes they are amazingly inexpensive. They will deliver for a small fee; the delivery people were very pleasant when they brought me my corner china cabinet.

Just went there recently to shop and consign, and I was very impressed! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything there is reasonably priced. I’m excited to sell my things! Plus, I picked up a great new kitchen table and had it delivered! The two boys who delivered were very courtesy. I definitely recommend checking them out

This store always has a great selection of furniture, many really nice things. Two things about the place bothers me. First the owner is a bit rude and never seems like she wants to be bothered to help anyone. Second, when I was considering buying a chest of drawers I asked the owner what kind of wood is it. She said she didnt know but the top is a laminant. I bought it anyway and later found it is solid maple. (good for me). My bigger problem is if she is selling and pricing the furniture how is she going to price it fairly if she doesnt know what she is selling.

Worst customer service just received from a part-​time worker named Michelle. She was rude and very disrespectful in answering a price question. Told me she answered my question and I need to come back next week and talk to the owner. Guess my cash isn’t good here. Done. I will def be contacting management to make them aware of the disrespectful behavior. If you can’t handle holding professional furniture questions, get a new PT job.

Wonderful store with a great selection of items. Things are reasonably priced along with friendly customer service. You have to try this place and see if you find any hidden gems that you like.
