This is the worst place ever. I took my daughter here for the first time and they had a cow. we paid $ 3.50 for each frame per person. There were 5 of us. you can do the math. The pizza was burnt and the soda was flat. I will never be returning.

some of the worst service ive seen in a LONG time! left a very unhappy customer… and will not ever be coming back. showed up on a sunday for this sunday family special. bowling for 6 people for 1 hr, shoes, a pitcher of soda, and a pizza for a flat price of $ 35.00. we got there and there was a group in front of us who quickly got their shoes and lane and started bowling. after that we stood at the counter while 1 woman was busy chatting on the phone, the other just stood there for approx 10 minutes. there was a huge line behind us as well. we get our lane and are on a time limit and twice the ball return broke, and it took them a few minutes to fix, and did not credit us the time. we go down to have our pizza and soda after the game and magically the same slow unhelpful woman from the beginning is now working the food counter… sigh. we wait and she finally takes our order for our pizza and soda. says the pizza will be about 20 minutes. ok no problem. well 15 goes by, and another woman asks if this pizza is ours and it wasnt. then the other woman says oh itll be another 25 minutes we havent put your pizza in the oven yet. so we wait another 20 minutes only to find out even then she didnt cook our pizza. so after approx 40 minutes i told them ill take my frozen pie to go. customer service is definitely lacking in this place… your customers are what pay your bills. you should consider treating them better…

Took 4 girls with Down syndrome to play duck-​pin on a Franktastick Friday. The games were only $ 0.99 each and the lady at the counter gave me free shoe rental because my girls were «special needs.» Very unexpected and much appreciated! They get kudos from me.
