Although this store is starting to show its age, decent items can still be found.
Macy’s carries many brand names, so it has that going for it. I find the store to be somewhat overpriced, but brand names aren’t easy to come by in Hagerstown (or the Four State as a whole). All of their departments are large and well-​stocked. The store is starting to show its age, so there could be a bit more ambiance.
Overall, Macy’s is OK, if only a bit overpriced.
