I just came across Haiku Espresso, and am delighted that I have. Being finicky about the espresso I drink, I am feeling excited to have just met Salam, the owner, who knows how to pull a great shot. The quality was outstanding. Haiku Espresso is going to be carrying all organic products, along with gluten free pastries. They are based in a beautiful food truck, and have a sister business called Mediterranean Grill parked next door.
