Dinos Gourmet On-The-Go

Dino, your fries are INCREDIBLE man! Love the food and the pride you’re putting into what you’re doing, you can taste it!
Honestly, if you can find this guy, stop by for something to eat if not just to say hello :) Dino’s great, and he’s dishing out some great stuff!

So we went here because a friend told me that this was a hot spot. We went to Maui Brewery dropped our stuff off went outside and went to this truck and ordered. 10 minutes later we had a great burger and 2 fish plate with salad on top of french fries too. My kids shared a huge burger and my friend and I finished it off. My son loved the garlic aioli on the fries and for a 5 year old that’s huge! Not to mention the Maui brewery spiked root beer was excellent paired with the burger. We will be back for the entire experience.

We were visiting the Maui Brewing Company, and Dino’s food truck was parked in front. Lucky us on both counts!
Dino is a character, and the food is exquisite! We had the seared fresh fish of the day w/​belgian fries. Drop-​dead delicious!
The fried zucchini was also phenomenal — the best we’ve ever had. Ever…

Dino is serving up some great Belgian Hawaiian fusion food out of this rolling food paradise on wheels. Great guy and even better food. Come check him out! Worth the trip to find out where he is for the day. Thanks Dino!

My wife and I were stumbling around the Maui Swap Meet on our vacation when we spotted Dino’s truck.
We decided on the Croissant Scramble with egg, american cheese, bacon, Japanese fried rice, and Dino’s Dynamite French Iced Coffee. It was the best meal we ate on our trip, let alone the best food I’ve ever had from a food truck.
Dino was very welcoming and conversational, and he clearly has a passion for making fresh creative, and delicious food.
We will definitely be visiting him again when we return!

Excellent sandwiches. The beef kabob pita and slow-​cooked pork ciabatta were both tender and flavorful, and all the ingredients were fresh and organic. Fries could use a bit more crispiness, but the taste and dressing were good. Chef is friendly and I barely had to wait after I placed the order.

My dude Dino blew us out of the water. We encountered Dino at the Maui Brewing Co., and with a big group of varied eaters, one food truck could have been overwhelmed by our requests. Not Dino though. He was so happy to explain each item on the menu and discuss our individual preferences, never seeming annoyed by our big group order but rather excited to provide us with an awesome experience. Food trucks can be such hit or miss ventures, but Dino knows what he’s doing. From the pork to the burger to the fried zucchini, every meal we ordered was a total banger. They say dinos are extinct. After today, I’d beg to differ.

Dino’s was at the Maui Brewing Company and the food was absolutely incredible! My Alma had the burger which was cooked to perfection and I had the Ono which was delicious. We topped off our amazing lunch with Dino’s bread pudding which was both savory and sweet. Find this unique food truck and enjoy your own wonderful gourmet dining experience. Oh! Don’t forget to get fries, they’re yummy too!

LOVED this truck! Stationed outside Maui Brewing Co, I got to chat with Dino while he made my meal. Apparently he was from the same part of Queens as my mother! It was a hot day so I opted for the chicken wrap– i don’t know what that yum yum sauce was but it was AMAZING! Fries were delicious too (ok I know most fries are, but these were extra delicious). I regret that we did not have a chance to come back here :(Until next year Dino, I’ll search you out!

Surprisingly great food truck noms outside of Maui Brewing Company! The chef cracked me up and gave some great life advice after I had enjoyed a nice Mana Wheat Ale.
Get the crab cake. Just do it. You won’t be disappointed.

What a treat offering outside of Maui Brewery! Great compliment with our beers as we enjoyed the outside dining area! The chicken garlic hoisin pita was delicious. The zucchini and garlic fries were so rich to eat. It was all good. The garlic sauce was something so if you had to choose make sure it has the garlic sauce.

Absolutely the best food we ate while at Maui! Very friendly service and fabulous food.

Got this opportunity when the truck came near Maui brewery tasting room. We tried to Zucchini fry, Mahi-​Mahi & beef kabob wrap.
Beef kabob wrap was super flavorful, chef mentioned that he used more than 25 spices in moderation to get that special flavor. thought it would be spicy, but pleasantly surprised by richness in flavor.
Mahi-​Mahi was served with salad and fries, was fresh & felt like a fish steak. Zucchini fry was crisp, served with fries.
Try their wasabi sauce as a dipping sauce, it was great with everything.
Overall: it was delicious with local brew. Perfect blend! Will go again and again :)

The Marriott Wailea had a few food trucks that would set up for lunch every day from December 28-​Jan 2 (the days we were there… probably more). I ate just about everything Dino made, and it was terrific!
If you have the chance, I highly recommend trying Dino’s. Great guy and great food!

Great crab cakes and superb fries. Very fresh and organic and also a fun guy to talk to. Definitely recommended!

This food truck is hanging out at Maui Brewing over in Kihei on Thursdays and Sundays.
Great service and great food. Got the kebab, along with a side of fries. The homemade pita was perfect, and the homemade ground chicken kebab went great with the pickled onions, lettuce, tomato and special sauce. I wish I would’ve ordered two, because I didn’t want to share with my husband…
