McDonald’s

Average McDonald’s food, no complaints about that.
However, frequently the service is really poor. Three days in a row with less than satisfactory service. (All between the breakfast hours of 730 and 8:30 AM.)
Day one: my cousin orders a large iced coffee with extra liquid sugar to go. He gives it to me when he gets home (less than five minutes away) and it is not drinkable since somebody either neglected to put in the extra liquid sugar or put in the least possible amount. We end up throwing it away.
Day two: I go through the drive-​through and order a large ice coffee with extra liquid sugar. Before leaving the pick up window, I sample it. When I tell the clerk that I asked for extra liquid sugar, she tells me she put it in. I said that it didn’t taste like it. She said again that she put it in. So I told her to either throw it away or put the extra liquid sugar in it because I couldn’t drink it that way.
(as a point of clarification, I have ordered iced coffee with extra liquid sugar from this McDonald’s as well as others and had no problem getting it to my desired taste on the first try. I’m sure I am not the only person in the world who prefers an iced coffee that is sweet rather than bitter.)
Day three: either out of determination or a bit of masochism, I go back to get ice coffee. This time, however, I decide to go into the restaurant in case there is a problem with the order. There are three people waiting for their meals, and nobody in line. There is only one clerk so I wait five minutes while she prepares the meals for two of the waiting people. When she says to me that she’ll take my order after she makes the smoothie for the final waiting customer, I finally give up. I honestly don’t understand why there’s only one person serving four customers. I don’t understand why the only customer waiting to place an order has to wait over five minutes to place an order. At a fast food restaurant!

Worst McDonald’s ever. First off, there is only 1 bathroom for each gender and the line is winding through the building. Dumb. You also have to ask for salt and pepper and stand in line for a refill. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Food was good but everything that goes with this McDonald’s makes for a terrible time!
