Dont understand the last review when he never had any work done ???

Jackie from Scapes responded to my e-​mail requesting bids on a landscaping project. We set an appointment to meet and walk over the property and discuss the changes we had in mind. We met and she said that they would be tied up until late August but that she would send me a proposed budget within a week and also see if she could arrange to do part of the project earlier. A week later I got an e-​mail from her saying she was still trying to get part of the project scheduled earlier and that she would send me the budget for the project by the end of the week. Two weeks later I called and left a message asking for the status of the proposal. No response. I called again and was told Jackie was on vacation. If they didn’t want the job, they could have just said so.
