Maxi’s Pizza

Maxi’s holds a special place in my culinary heart because, if I use a 1 – 10 scale to rate an establishment, they set the bottom rung. Maxi’s is unique because they can provide you with both the worst customer service and the most awful eating experience that you can find under one roof. Things change. Friends and loves come and go. Careers rise and fall. Life goes on. But I’m comforted in knowing one thing will never change: Maxi’s Pizza has always and will always taste like shit, and the staff, from the owner down to the delivery boy, will always be arrogant little jerk-​offs. I recommend this place for the masochistic torture factor, and to boost your enjoyment of basically any alternative eatery. Like the gas station just around the corner that stocks Chili-​cheese Fritos and Yoo-​Hoo. Enjoy.

There slices are absolutely disgusting. I’ve been there twice. Super greasy and not worth your money when a side of blue cheese is almost $ 1.

Poor quality and horrendous service. For better food and prices try the Woodlawn Deli about a mile or two north on Rt. 5. Stopped by at one in the afternoon to order subs for a four o’clock pickup, as I knew I would be pressed for time. Stopped by sharply at four, paid, and then waited. When I asked what the delay was, the clerk said they were really busy. When I told him I ordered three hours earlier he just repeated they were busy. When I remarked that they just lost a customer, he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Despite my misgivings, my wife ordered a pizza several weeks later. She waited forever for a pizza so bad we couldn’t eat it.

Not much to say. I ordered a sub and it was very light on the meat.

its local and close so we do order often — the food is usually very good however if an order is wrong and you complain beware you will be blacklisted and they won’t deliver to you. This happened to us one super bowl sunday when we ordered wings and pizza the blue cheese was all over the wings and when we called (saying we had a blue cheese allergy) they stated ‘we are out of lids there is nothing we can do’ until they moved to the new location we were unable to order from them for delivery…

Maxi’s has been BAD for years. I had not been threr in about 4yrs. I thought after all that time and a move to a new location things might have improved. NOT! It’s as bad as ever! I can’t belive they are still open. Stay away, far away!
