When I first arrived, there was a young male employee slumped over the counter of in the area of the cash register whom was speaking to another older male(that appeared to be the manager). The older male called a young female employee(with two toned blonde and red hair) to the register to take my order. When she approached the registered she starred at me; therefore I said«hello»! The female immediately rolled her eyes at me. I was extremely taken back, and I then said, «okay»! I then placed my order. While waiting for my order the older male(that appeared to be the manager) was still talking to the young male employee, and bragging how busy it was that day; he even went as far as printing out a receipt to show the young male. Meanwhile, the young female employee is wondering around and asking other employees what size the small cup is so she could give me a cup to go with my meal. Finally, the young female employee hands me a cup and states, «I guess this is a small». While waiting for my meal I went to fill my soda cup, and the Pepsi machine was out of syrup and only had seltzer water in the tap. After receiving my meal, I had to wonder around to find a sum what clean table. Now, it was time eat; my whooper junior and cheese were cold and the lettuce was brown. My experience was extremely dissatisfied, and I can see why there was only one other customer be sides myself in the restaurant.

Ordered a Halloween burger on October 4, 2015 around 4 pm. Got a burger, but not the Halloween burger. How hard is it to get an order straight.

ALWAYSCHECKYOURCHANGEATTHISLOCATION. The young, heavy set black woman working the drive thru tried to steal a dollar from my change. I ordered my food with a $ 20, she gave me my change back $ 1 short with no receipt before quickly shutting the window and walking off. I waited at the window waving for a few minutes until she hesitantly came back, and I asked for a receipt. She gave it to me, and I showed her that she gave me the wrong change. She panicked and told me to pull up to the front, which I did. I waited for ten minutes and nothing happened, so I called the manager listed on the receipt and told him what happened. A minute later a young kid that looked like he was 17 came out and handed me a dollar. I told him that one of his cashiers appeared to be trying to steal from the customers by giving them slightly less change, and he just shrugged and walked away. If you can believe it, they also managed to get my order wrong, which I found out when I got home.
