I was pleasantly surprised by my sausage pizza, it was great, the crust was really nice. Perfectly crunchy with a soft center. Pastrami sandwich was good too, Well done guys!

As far as delivery food goes — this is as good as it gets. Their meatballs? Amazing — seriously… like a double barrel shotgun, that’s how the meatball sub looks. And it’s homemade all the way. Want a cold sub? The best. They have shredded lettuce(if you don’t shred your lettuce then don’t bother) and they’re loaded with meat and diced veggies. Delicious. Cheese pizza? We did that too. Sauce was homemade and crust authentic — two days later my kids were asking if I could pack that for their lunch. Guess you could say we’re sold.

Went here for a small pizza for my daughter who insisted I get this for her. The pizza was not good, and my daughter did not finish one piece. I tossed the rest. The crust was like cardboard and taste bad. I’m wondering if they gave me «whole wheat» or something. They got my order wrong also, but refunded me. Also, no place to eat other than one counter that ran along the place, actually barely room to wait for your food if it’s busy at lunchtime. So, not sure if they got my order wrong or what, but I don’t think i’ll be returning. Much better pizza elsewhere.

Love this pizza! We order here all the time. Guests always rave about how good it is, and how lucky we are to have such a good pizza shop nearby. Cheers!

Interesting to read the other reviews — Toss ‘n Sauce seems to inspire high praise or disgust, but not much in between. It must all be a matter of taste. I tried their pizza for the first time tonight and I fall into the former category. I thought the crust was excellent, chewy(which I love), with a little crunchiness, great sauce, plenty of toppings. This will likely be my go-to place for pizza from now on.

This is one of the few restaurants that will deliver to my house as we live on a dead-end dirt road which is very hard to find. Toss ‘N Sauce always finds us with no problem. I have to recommend The Greek Toss: Spinach, Feta, Onions, Tomatoes and Black Olives. It’s a fantastic choice!(Of course, I pick off the olives, but my family tells me they’re delicious.) Chris R.

I have eaten from here twice and never again. Pizza was a soggy, oily mess. Steak and cheese is flavored with something that leaves an after taste. Step Daughter had tuna, but you can’t screw that up… or can you, she liked it after adding more mayo when we got home, she said it was dry. Its a very narrow dining area and I think if I were eating there I would feel alittle claustrophobic.

Holy Mother of God. I ordered Steak Tips to be delivered. Delivery was fast. Steak Tips were not Stake Tips. They were some pulverized little globs that looked and behaved more like ground beef and anything else. You know that«Cube Steak» you can get at the supermarket? They pulverize it to turn a tough piece of crap-steak into something possibly edible… They were like that. But pulverizing the«meat» was not enough. The«tips» were also soaked in some Gawd-awful slurry of Soy and probably a very strong meat tenderizer. It chemically burned my tongue! It BURNEDMYTONGUE! It was not«hot.» It was the muscle-fiber breaking, flesh-melting chemical tenderizer they used. Days later, My tongue still feels the pain. Low grade Dog Food at best… OH! But I would not give any to my dog for fear it would kill him. I just threw it all away.

There are three pizza places within a 5 minute drive of me, Toss ‘N Sauce unfortunately is not one of them, because I will drive the 10 – 15 minutes to Toss ‘N Sauce EVERYTIME I want pizza. Their specialty pizza«Toss ‘N Sauce» is kind of like a deluxe or supreme, meats, peppers, onions. It’s delicious, just the right amount of toppings, all cooked just right, and blends nicely with the crust sauce and cheese. They use Boar’s Head deli for all their sandwiches, and their chicken fingers are real good chicken tenders, breaded and fried. They taste like they’re freshly made too! Love the Toss ‘N Sauce!

I love pizza!!! To be honest, I love good pizza – the kind with a nicely browned crust that’s crisp and a bit chewy with a tasty sauce, fresh toppings and not a ton of cheese. I’ve eaten Toss and Sauce twice on the rare occasion that I find myself in Hampstead and I think their pizza is as good as I’ve had anywhere and better than most. It meets all my criteria, including light cheese per my request. The service is speedy and friendly and the place is clean and well located. If they delivered halfway across the country, I’d have their pizza a couple times a week. It’s just that good. In fact, maybe I’ll move!(Okay, not really, but it IS great pizza!)

Worst veal sub I ever had and that covers a lot of territory. No sauce on the sub and I have a strong suspicion this was pork not veal. Not to mention it looked like it was dragged out of a freezer and thrown into the fryer not made fresh.

They have grown on me over time; Consistently good pizza and subs; I’m partial to a toasted pastrami with extra cheese. Greek salads and meat lovers pizzas both very good.

We have ordered from here several times. I love the pizza and there subs are ok too. What brought me back so many times in the beginning was the wings. The sauce was great. I’m not sure if they changed it but they just aren’t the same anymore. the wings are soggy, burnt and not very tasty anymore. Will order the pizza though.

I asked for a plain hamburger — with nothing on it — very clearly. They still made me a cheeseburger, which I only discovered after I got home. The burger was adequate for the price.

Fresh, generous, and good tasting pizza at a decent fair price. They even make their own dough, as I brought some as I had my own backyard pizza party. I can not recommend enough.

Not bad at all! We have gotten take out here a few times lately. The pizza is tasty, and I like that the sauce and cheese run pretty much up to the edge of the pie. They now offer Sicilian style pizza, which we tried this past Friday night. Its not a super-thick fluffy dough(I LOVE super-thick fluffy dough) like Bucco’s, but it is quite good none the less! Oh, and dont bother with the website, I dont think it been updated in years.

This is some of the best pizza we’ve found in southern NH. Really good crust and the quality is consistently high. We’re not exactly right around the corner from them yet they still manage to get the food to us really quickly. It’s a nice change from the overly oily/greasy pizza that we see a lot at other places. Their service is decent too. We actually ordered a pizza on New Year’s Eve a couple years back and asked if they could do ricotta as a topping. They said that they could but it would take a bit longer. It turns out that they actually had their driver stop at the grocery store right before it closed for the night and pick up some ricotta so they could make the pizza. I can’t think of many places that would do that for someone ordering off the menu. If you want a different, very hearty pizza(think«full after two slices») try the«Wake ‘N Bake».

Don’t trust their menu prices online!!! I recently went there after receiving a gift certificate, and before I went I checked their menu out online. I saw that they had a $ 5 large pizza special between 2−5pm M-F. I rushed to get over there before 5, because why pass up a deal like that. But when I got there the special was not posted. When I asked for it, I was told they haven’t had that for a long time. I said that it was still on their website, and the girl at the counter confirmed that it was. So I said they should honor it and probably take it down, and she said«Well, we have multiple locations» and still refused to honor the special. I just ordered anyway since I needed to get rid of the gift certificate, and the food was OK. The pizza was no better than Romanos, and the La Nova boneless chicken bites I ordered had NO spice to them at all– they were just like eating chicken nuggets, and my friend’s eggplant parmesan ziti dinner had very little eggplant. It was cheap, but overall not that great. It’s good if other places are crowded, but there are other much better pizza places in the area to go to with comparable prices.

I was passing through Hampstead on the way back from MA and I stopped for some lunch takeout at Toss ‘N Sauce located behind the Community Bank. The layout of the place is small with seating lined up along the front window, one table for 2, a Pepsi cooler, and the order counter. The menu offers hand tossed pizzas, calzones, subs, appetizers, wings, pasta dinners, burgers, and steak tips. See the menu online at I ordered a slice of cheese pizza($ 2) and Chicken & Lasagna($ 7.95) served with a side garden salad(iceberg) and baked garlic bread. The large thin crust pizza slice came hot out of the oven and was very good and tasty with a soft crust with a slight crisp on the outside, not too greasy and no need to fold the slice. The Homemade Lasagna was excellent, which had layers noodles, of ricotta cheese & ground meat and topped with a sweet tomato/onion sauce, chicken tenders, & melted cheese. The service here was courteous and quick. I got my food in 10 minutes after ordering.
