I think Adam R. Must have this store confused with another location or was so completely irrational with the outcome of unforeseen events. I myself have dealt with this store for coming up on 5 years now and have had nothing but the best experience in customer service of any baby gear store in New England. The staff Jess, Cindy and the rest of the girls are always willing to help in any way they can at any time. They have gone out of their way to make sure I was happy with the products, I received things in a timely manner, and are genuinely interested in positive or negative feedback on newer products to assist other customers. They are truly invested in researching the products that they carry in order to narrow down the field and make it easier for their customers. This IS the way to run a business and I will continue to spread the word.
