We usually stay at the Ashworth but decided to try something different. The last time at the Ashworth, it was too noisey, room was dirty and over looked an air conditioning units(time for a change). This place was very nice and so clean. The people who work there appreciate your business. You have to walk a little bit more to get to the main area of entertainment but it is worth it. Would stay there again.

An hour north of Boston. Off-season rates. Well-appointed non-smoking room with strong Wi-Fi. Excellent. Being serenaded by the surf a hundred yards away and waking up to the sun rising over Hampton Beach. Priceless. I’d do this again in a heartbeat.

My fiancée and I stayed here for New Year’s Eve. The rooms are some of the nicest on Hampton Beach — the building looks like new construction and is in great shape. Most rooms have a nice flatscreen HD tv, a kitchenette(microwave only), and a balcony overlooking the ocean(which is directly across the street from the Atlantic Breeze). Our room had an assigned parking space that came with it. The staff in the office were extremely nice, too. Overall, this is one of the nicest(and apparently least well known) hotels in Hampton. Although its location is slightly off the boardwalk, it is within easy walking distance(and gives you the ability to quickly access North Beach). Also, during the off-season(which includes the early and late parts of the summer), their rates are very reasonable. It looks like this place was originally built to be luxury condos that didn’t sell(probably because the economy tanked), so they are now renting them out. According to their website, if you like your room a lot, chances are good that you can buy it for the right price. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that their rates skyrocket during the«on-season», although, to be fair, if the market supports those rates, good for them.
