Stayed here for the first time in July. Myself, husband and 8 year old son stayed here for a long weekend at Hampton Beach, and we all loved it. The front desk ladies were so sweet. When I first called to book a room, she explained over the phone what some of the available rooms looked like, and she helped us decide on one that suited our needs. There is free parking onsite for one car which was very convenient. The rooms were beautiful and modern, each has a small balcony where we could see the ocean from. The bed was comfy, and our son agreed that the sofa bed was comfy too! The hotel itself is at the far end of the beach, so its quite a walk to get to the main shops, etc., but the tradeoff is that the hotel is QUIET, which is worth its weight in gold :) We will absolutely stay at Jonathan’s again and again for our beach getaways!

My husband and I have been coming here for a few years. We will never stay anywhere else at Hampton. Louise is the most wonderful caring host. The rooms are always clean and beautiful. Can’t wait to get up there this season

I had read some terrible reviews of Jonathan’s on the web, so I was a bit nervous about going until I read a positive review on Unilocal. I’m so glad I ignored the other reviews! Jonathan’s was squeaky clean, quiet, in a good location, and the owners were very helpful and friendly. It’s not luxurious, and isn’t right ON the main strip in town, but the room was very large and had a nice view of a marsh rather than a parking lot. We got great advice from the front desk on good places to get fabulous ice cream and a good breakfast.

As I’m writing this, I’m sitting in one of the rooms of Jonathan’s Motel. It’s cute and small, and reasonably priced. My bf is snoring up a storm, so I guess the bed is comfy. The pressure from the shower is superb, and the motel is family-owned and very friendly. It’s not a 5-star hotel, but I don’t think any of the motels are here. Jonathan’s sits at the further end of the shore, but we purposely chose to be this far, so we don’t have to hear or see the excessive white trash in this area. I’m enjoying my stay right now, and it has free wi-fi. Who can beat that?
