Papa John’s Pizza

I usually keep it simple and order pepperoni pizzas and wings. They make good pizza and wings that are pretty consistent with other Papa John’s I’ve ordered from.
Stellar customer service. They’re always polite here.

I am really big on using the Papa Johns app to get deals. This time, I was in an area where my cell phone service wasn’t letting me place my order online so I called in to order the deal I saw on the app. The person who answered the phone did not bother to mention the deal, I felt stupid telling him what I was getting was $ 7 cheaper than the price he gave me and on top of that he gave me an attitude. As a family, we went to pick up the pizza and brought it home and it was super burnt, very thin layered and they didn’t even bother to cut the pizza. I really wish I would’ve taken a picture of how horrible the pizza looked (nothing like the ads on TV). At the end of the day, my kids enjoyed the pizza and it will most likely be the last time we order from Papa Johns.

I have ordered from this location for the last 15 years, my last order was the last. The pizza I got was burned around the edges. The pizza had a strong salty taste to it and had more sauce than cheese .If they changed the recipe they need to go back to old recipe .i’ll go to another pizza place from now on
