I am relatively new to the area and my friends always rave about Ricco’s. Last night I decided I was going to give them a chance and order. I didn’t order anything complicated, just a salad and a pizza. They told me my pizza would be at my house in 45 mins to an hour. An hour came and my food hadn’t showed. I was tired and thought maybe they might have told me an hour and a half so I waited the extra 30 mins. I called them and asked where my food was. The woman who took my order told me she forgot to put my credit card info in and that she would need it again. I asked her why she didn’t call me back if there was an issue and she told me they were busy and didn’t have time but if I paid now the pizza would be there promptly. I asked her if the food was previously made or has been sitting there. She said it was cooked and she just needed my payment. I told her that I wasn’t going to eating cold pizza that sat there forever and that I wasn’t paying since they messed up my order. The she told me that the food wasn’t cooked and wasn’t delivered because I didn’t pay, now mind you I technically did since I gave her my card numbers. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager, the manger would NOT speak to me. The lady asked if I wanted the pizza because she could have it here in 15 mins. I said I only wanted it if I didn’t have to pay for it. So she said ok. 15 minutes later I got my pizza and salad, which was boarding on 2 hours after my initial call. The pizza box was wet with condensation where it probably sat on a table and was folding when I picked it up. The delivery driver gave me a credit card ticket to sign. I was immediately furious, didn’t sign a thing and gave him the food back. I told him I better not be charged but I still tipped him because it wasn’t the drivers fault. I immediately drove to Tap House, where I got a wonderful dinner, and called the manger on the way. He was rude and completely unapologetic. He told me that he would not give free food although it was their mistake. I am pretty fine with that since I probably would have got food poisoning from that old ass pizza that sat in a window or wherever for an hour and a half. I will not be ordering from them and I recommend others not doing business with a business man like that either.

My family and I love this place. Usually our go to pizza when we don’t feel like cooking. Pepperoni with extra cheese is all I could ever ask for.

I’m conflicted about RIcco’s. I’ve been here many times through the years, and there are pros and cons. Pros: Good lunch specials including all you can eat spaghetti or two huge slices of pizza and a soda for about $ 6.50. They have huge slices. Service is great. At 11am, the TV is tuned to The Price is Right Cons: Once you factor in tax and tip, are the specials still a good deal? Maybe not. The place is a total dive and the bathroom is ghastly. The previous time I visited for lunch, it was so loud I told them to cancel my order and I left.

Some how I ended up spending $ 27.00 for a small veggie pizza and a lasagna for delivery. I would have asked for the price break down if the lady didn’t hang up on me when I said I was paying cash. I’ve heard great things so I bit the bullet and decided to try it anyway. Overall? Complete rip off. While the pizza was good, the lasagna was small and the meat tasted like cheap left over hamburger. It had no seasoning at all and was poorly made. The cheap metal disposable tin it was made in must have given off some type of chemical while in the oven. You could completely taste the metal while eating. The delivery driver was completely rude and carried no change. Although the pizza was really good, I’ll never order from them again.

Was told my food would be delivered in 30 – 40 minutes, but it took over an hour. I finally called the location was told it would be there any minute, no apology. The mozzarella sticks were cold and the Stromboli was under cooked. Never ordering from them again.

Great subs & Stromboli. Never tried their pizza but it always smells good. Only used for takeout. Good stuff here. Always busy.

I grew up eating at Andrea’s. When they got new owners I started going to this place with the same people that used to work at Andreas. I have to say, this is my favorite pizza, and my favorite subs. I love everything. It is nothing fancy that is for sure, but it is awesome. I love eating here and so do my family and friends. We love the staff too.

I love the white pizza, it’s very good. The pizzas are pretty big too! Great for leftovers! I’ve had several sandwiches from rico’s as well, which were pretty good too. The service is not the best, but whenever I go in they are always busy. We live near by, and delivery times are pretty good as well!

First we received the wrong pizza, twice. When we got the right pizza it was bland and under cooked. Nothing about this is NY Style, don’t be fooled.

Staying at a nearby hotel & Ricco’s was a recommended business that delivers. Famished & craving pizza, I ordered a medium pepperoni & mushroom pie. The unkempt slob delivering the food foreshadowed what followed: a slimy, greasy, mostly uncooked pile of excrement masquerading as pizza. Picked up a slice & all the toppings slid off. I tried to eat the crusts, but was repelled by thoughts of the likely fecal-fingered jackass who«made» this hot mess.

Not sure if it’s because we had delivery, but this pizza was terrible! The service when I called was also not the greatest I had to get on the phone with 2 different people and gave them both the same information. I live in a new development, the girl called me to ask where I was located I told her and she was here within 3 mins which means she wasn’t driving around for a while leading to the first problem, why was the pizza the pizza was cold and soggy?!? I guess it sat at the pizza shop for a while before she got it to us. As far as the toppings, cheese and sauce to us it was just very generic. I think we both agreed we would stay away from this place! Kind of mad because all the reviews seemed great…

We’ve tried many pizza places, This is our favorite Not only the Best Pizza in town, BUT Great subs too! We almost always use thier delivery, it’s usually quick, and always correct. THier cheeseburger sub is to die for! But Pizza’s the name of the game at Riccos. A great sauce and the best mozzarella cheese you can imagine– It really does not get any better. You will not be disappointed. It’s hard to find a menu on line anywhere– but I’m here to say, Once you have thier Pizza, you’ll be back for more.

This is probably the best pizza in the area. Still an average pie for me… It is a nice family oriented environment but it can definitely use some updating… The waitress was very polite and very accommodating…

Ohmahgawwud, Rico’s is awesome. I just discovered this place recently… I mean I knew about it’s existence in the Langley Shopping Center, but I just never had tried it until I went with a friend. We split a mushroom & pepperoni pizza that was outstanding. It was gigantic, and very generously portioned; the sauce wasn’t too sweet; there was tons of high-grade cheese… I’ve definitely become a regular, and I love putting people on to this little spot. Their subs, by the way, are great for lunch, but be forewarned – they’re stacked. They’re basically two-pound sleeping pills. I tend to eat half of one, and save the rest for a mid-afternoon snack; otherwise it’s food coma time.

Great choice. Many of the pizza joints in Hampton are closed on Sunday – that’s how we stumbled upon Ricco’s. I have never seen an extra large pizza as big as this one– the menu states that it measures 20″. Our party of four got one pizza and ate half of it with plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. With two toppings it cost us $ 20. Not bad at all. We also got some salads and pasta – the pasta sauce is good– a bit spicy. The wine was the most generous pour I’ve ever seen, but tasted a bit like grape juice– at $ 3 a glass, not much to complain about. This is true local flavor if you’re from out of town – if you live in town, I am sure you’ll become a regular.
