Neda was amazing!!! She did both mine and my daughter’s facials and we both left glowing. The atmosphere was very relaxing and we will most definitely be adding Spa Botanica and Neda to our regular beauty routine!!! I would strongly recommend you give them a call and schedule an appointment and ask for Neda!

I went here for a massage and a manicure/​pedicure for my birthday. I liked the atmosphere of the place and the services were good too. The place is really nice, on the second floor of the embassy suites at the Hampton Coliseum convention center. I got a robe and slippers and put my things in a locker was offered water while I waited in the lounge, which was clean and comfortable.
I got a deep tissue massage which I made my appointment for and they did not ask if I had a gender preference, which I didn’t really, though if asked I might have said female, so I ended up with a male therapist which they did not mention until I showed up for my appointment. It was no big deal to me but I know other women who would not like being surprised like that, so just be sure to specify if that’s an issue for you. He did a really good job though, I could feel it in my muscles the next day. I had been on a really intense hike the week before so I expected it to take some work on my back and legs, and I felt much better after.
The manicure and pedicure was good. Marion did my nails and she did a good job and was a delight to talk to. The nail area seemed mostly clean, although the pedicure chair was pretty old and I’m not a huge fan of those jetted pedicure tubs. IF they replace it they should consider a non-​jetted tub as they’re much more sanitary.
The only part of my day that was off was the person on the front desk was not super welcoming or friendly, as they usually are at these types of places. She could have just been having an off day, though.

Cons: booking and welcome person didn’t really seem like a «people person»

Great place. It’s beautiful and relaxing. I’ve gone twice now for body waxing. They are good, not as amazing as they could be but they know their stuff.
My problem was I told the lady I wanted to keep the shape of my eyebrows and just clean it up. Well she reshaped it and took way too much off of the bottom. Though I hated it it’s not like she could undo it.
My only other complaint is that being a plus size woman, they don’t pull my skin taught before yanking the wax and hair away, so it’s more painful than it should be. I do assist and help go hold my skin taught where I can but they don’t really help.

I went to Spa Botanica for a Brazilian wax. I’d only had one before in the past (4 years ago, actually), so it’s no secret that I was more than nervous to get another one. But I figured, why not? So I booked an appointment with Timm. Not only was it less painful than what I remembered in the past, but she was so sweet, personable, and really calmed my nerves. If you’re looking for a nice place to get a good Brazilian, then go here and ask for Timm! She’s amazing! I’ll definitely be returning!

received very mediocre services recently. I am still trying to grow out my eyebrows from a horrible, awkward, and painful service with Leoni. I still really like this place and the spa manager (Erica) usually goes above and beyond but beware of Leoni (sorry Leoni) and make certain your preferences are known. The most recent massage, the girl talked the entire time (80 minutes) which totally ruined the well-​deserved relaxation experience… after 7 days a week with 2 toddlers and a deployed husband. bummer. However, Marion is amazing and does nails and some aesthetician services too. She’s probably my favourite. Whenever I go, I end up talking to her like she’s my shrink. too hilarious. She is that open and warm.
