Wendy’s

Wendy’s is my favorite go to fast food. Not today. Never have I been so disappointed than I was today. Pull up to the window. Order 2 – 10 piece nugget meals, 1 large, 1 medium and a caesar side salad. One was supposed to be with BBQ sauce. No BBQ sauce. Out of it. Get up to the window. The one with the BBQ is supposed to have a coke. No coke. Out of it. The other one is a diet coke. Diet coke literally had no carbonation. Flat. What’s less than flat? Fries had no seasoning (sea salt). Get home to eat our food. Out of napkins apparently as well because our napkins came from the bathroom in the form of hand paper towels. What’s it say that the only redeeming part of the meal was the side salad? This was at 12:41 in the afternoon. How are you not stocked or prepared that early in the day???

I normally love Wendy’s, and I’m a very easy to please type of person. But this Wendy’s has messed up my order the last 4 times I went there, and on top of that its consistently slow. It takes a lot to make me not want to go to Wendy’s, so good job in accomplishing that.

Extremely slow service in the drive thru and inside. Had to explain to the girl three times how I would like the baconator fries with my order.

OMG 20 MINN THE DRIVE THROUGH JUST FOR A FROSTY!!! Slow as crap here. There are 8 cars behind me. No need to rush for customers. Need to find another Wendy’s location!

I will not say I am sorry. I know that the folks who run the local Wendy’s hate it when I step inside one of their storefronts and post a review. Instead of being upset with what I write, how about fixing the multiple problems in your storefronts instead?
To be honest, for me, Wendy’s is down to 3 items that I will venture to eat there. Their ‘Taco’ (I forgot the new name they were calling it) salad, Chili (which is excellent) and their Frosty’s (also excellent).
Oh wait.
Make that two, as the ‘taco’ salad is off of the menu now.
I ended up cobbling together a ‘taco’ salad out of a large chili and a side salad for my dinner. Close but not the same thing.
While the comings and goings of menu items, is something the stores have no control over, the (very friendly to the customers) high and squeaky voice gal at the cash register, who was handling both food and cash, without the use of their kitchen gloves probably is within the stores scope of control.
Sigh.
Not recommended.

My husband and I have eaten food from here several times. The food is nothing special, and the service is usually horrible. Tonight when we went, there was someone at the drive-​thru who actually knew what she was doing. This visit was well on its way to becoming the best visit so far, until 2 bites into my burger I had to pull a long, curly hair out of my mouth. We will no longer be eating food from here. I would give negative stars if I could.

My single with cheese had no cheese, my fries were cold, my drink was flat. But that’s pretty typical for this location. It was just easier to get a refund than to wait another 13 mins for them to get the order right. 2 people in line is not a lunch rush– but for some reason it took more than 10 mins for me to get my food!
Bathrooms not clean
Condiment area not clean
At least 2 dirty tables in the lobby the whole time I was there.

Customer service certainly leaves something to be desired. I ordered the Asian Cashew Chicken Salad and a small Strawberry Tea while the girl behind the counter gave no appearance of having heard my order (chatting with another associate AFTER calling me up). I was then informed that there has been a recall on the dressing and asked to choose another — she may have listed the other choices but I couldn’t make it out because of the way she spoke. I instead chose another salad and the Strawberry Tea; when I went to pick up my lunch, she had forgotten the tea.
To top off my excellent dining experience, another patron began projectile vomiting in the dining area. Cue to exit.

The food was fine, but this place is a mess.

I was on my lunch hour and in the mood for a burger, so I made the 10 minute trip to Wendy’s. After a five minute wait in the drive thru I ordered a #2 combo WITH large fries, drink AND a chili on the side. Got up to the first window paid the attendant who was more interested in conversing with a co worker and went to the second window and retrieved my order. After making another 10 minute drive back to work I realized my meal had no fries and no straw for my drink. I called the store and got a manager who instead of listening to why I was calling only got part of the story and proceeded to interrupt me with excuses of why this happened and that is what is really disappointing. All in all, poor service, will not return.

Omg!! where i am in va there are weather issues!!! Wendys being the only place open in this weather sucks! !!! drive thru attendant lets us know she was not happy to at wrk via voice tone… my favorite asiago chicken sand was very dry, dab of ranch, would really like my lettuce to be a leaf not the root peice. my fries were past their shelf life aand to top.all.off my sprite was actually the last sprite before they added the syrup 20 bucks i cod jave save for breakfast and stayed hungry sad face Wendy’s if dave was here this would not be going on

Food was nothing special– good but nothing to write a review over. I tried using the Unilocal offer and at first she said they don’t accept it then she said ok yea they do. So after asking if they applied it the checkout girl insisted she did but the receipt says otherwise. It was only dollar so I’m not upset about it monetarily I’m just upset she straight up lied and how ridiculous the whole checkout was. Get it together people.

The wait was a bit long but it was lunch time. The food tasted good and the staff was very friendly.
