I usually love this place. But the past few times I have noticed the chicken is getting smaller and smallerrrr. I ordered a 2 leg combo and I could not believe the size of the chicken legs I received. So I brought it up to one of the gals at the counter, and she said«they’re always that small». Are you freaking serious? This chicken leg looked like it came from a Cornish game hen! I asked her if I could switch it out for something else, and she just looked at me like I was dumb and said«sorry» and walked away. As I was getting my salsa, another worker there had heard our conversation, and SNUCK me a bigger chicken leg. That was sweet of him BUT seriously? The little manager must not care about their customers. I’ll never be back. Not worth the $$

Of all the times I’ve stopped for dinner, I’ve NEVER had to ask for salsa. I get home with my order and no salsa. So I call and whoever answered the phone told me I had to specificly request salsa. I ORDERED extra tortillas and salsa. I thought that indicated I wanted salsa Evidently not. She did however«take full responsibility for any misunderstanding» What does that even mean? What it means to me is that I’ll be spending my money elsewhere. $ 25/visit x 24 visits a year = $ 600×20 years left in my life =$ 12,000. I guess that don’t need my business.

Healthy, inexpensive and way better than top notch restaurants. I usually don’t rate a fast food more than three stars but I can’t help but to do it because this place is pretty freaking delicious if you ask me. I’ve been saying for a year, and I’ll stick to my word and Pollo Loco is the only restaurant that serves quick food that sticks to it roots to the closest thing to the real thing of homemade style, «grandma» version of Mexican food. Service is mediocre tho but I don’t expect much or ever will from a fast food chain restaurant. As long as the food is prepare well and cooked well that’s all that matters. The bowls are the best if your in a rush, the quesadillas are of the hook. The green salsa with avocado taste delicious and is my favorite, add some lime juice and then shout, «Ay mama, ARRIBA.» The beans are off the hook, people should know beans straight from the pot are the best, no extra seasonings just add salt with the bean broth and have a nice day. I haven’t tried the deserts but not in a rush to try it but willing to try it. I rate this place 4.0 for food

Up until last week, I’ve either ordered the chicken salad, or chicken burritos, they are both always good. Well, I ordered the chicken soft taco, and it was NOT!!! Cabbage was awful, cheese was weird! we threw away 3 of them because of this! My party didn’t have time to even tell the staff, or we would have…

Chicken is always good. But the chicken tortilla soup is my favorite with a little lemon. Perfect for a light lunch. Staff always nice and helpful.

Would give zero but the chicken was pretty good. But the 7 dollar item I purchased that looked loaded and huge in the picture was TINYSUPERTINY and not very loaded at all! We also purchased the chicken nachos, the chips were stale and there was nothing on top but LESS than half a dollop of sour cream! We paid 50 € extra for a «large» side of sour cream only to have the container half filled. The nachos were even cheese less. With a coupon for a FREE combo we still spent 23 dollars on one combo, sour cream, nachos, and 2 churro’s. so I was looking forward to a filling gourmet fast food meal but am still hungry and HARDLY impressed. Even the churro’s were under cooked. I WILL never ever go back and my remaining coupons will go in the trash!

I was wanting something for lunch today but I just didnt know what. Thanks to the endless barrage of junk mail that arrives in my mailbox daily, I ran across a coupon for here. I saw they have a new promotion for Pork Carnitas. The coupon was for $ 5 and it gave you the option to get either 3 tacos, stuffed quesadilla or wet burrito. I went through the drive thru and decided to get the quesadilla, because it was the only option out of the 3 that had cheese… and I LOVE cheese!!! The coupon also included a drink. Got home and started eating it… AMAZING!!! The quesadilla appeared rather small at first, but it was stuffed full of pork, grilled onions, avocado, cilantro and chili verde salsa. It was really delicious, the avocado was great(I thought it would be mushy since it was in a hot quesadilla but it wasnt) and the grilled onions were perfect. I really hope that they keep this on their menu because I will definately go back and get it again. It is a nice alternative to just chicken. With that said, I was glad I had the coupon for $ 5, it saved me $ 1.49 and some tax. I think for the price they could throw in some chips and salsa, just my opinion.

One of my favorite fast food joints. Good selection of foods that are not too fattening if you take the time to look. Soup is good and love the salsa bar. Chicken is very tasty and lots better for you than KFC.

Pretty good burrito for a drive through chain. As you can probably guess, everything has chicken in it, but it is quite good. The sides are chips and guacamole(which is a nice change, I guess).
