Me n Eds Pizzeria

Every time we order pizza here they mess up the order or take forever to deliver it. So we tried calling it in and picking it up. They said it would take 20 minutes. I’m sitting here still waiting 1 hour later. Worse customer service ever. I’m sure the only reason they are still in business is their pizza specials. Never going back save your time go somewhere else.

I was pretty let down by this place. They served us burnt pizza like the bottom of it was literally black. Never going there again!

Good pizza average to lame service.
So first off, I just got my cold pizza an hour and a half after ordering.
The food: cold. When I pick it up and it’s hot and fresh, delicious. So overall, inconsistent.
The service: This is the second time I’ve ordered delivery and gotten my pizza in over an hour and 15 minutes. Today when the delivery girl came to the door she simply said «sorry it took so long, do you want change?»
Overall: I paid $ 18 for a cold medium specialty pizza. I should’ve popped a frozen pizza in the oven and saved the craving for when I felt like picking it up.

This place has piss poor customer service!!! After today, I doubt I will be back for a long time…
I called to place a carry out order. The girl that answered was friendly and she asked me to hold. Then a guy picks up the phone and I gave him my info, he could not get my name right even after telling him repeatedly. I told him that I would like a combination calzone, he said my order would be ready in 30min and then hung up on me!!!
My hubby went to pick it up (since I ordered it for him), they rang him up and he wondered why the price was different but just figured that they may have raised their prices recently. The guy handed him a box and it was a large PIZZA!!! The pizza had olives, sausage and green onions… w/​those toppings it doesn’t even make the pizza a combination (see pic). My hubby said that we did not order a large pizza and the guy argued that that’s what was on the ticket. My hubby did not have time to talk to a manager, as he would have been late for work.
I have had too many problems w/​this location, and as previously stated the employees are downright awful. One time they didn’t even put in our order and they didn’t tell us when we paid and we sat and sat and sat, no pizza. Went up to the counter and they said they must have lost the ticket, so we had to wait for them to make it. They didn’t even apologize.
Don’t get me wrong, the times they have made our pizza it has tasted good. It just isn’t worth the hassle anymore

The pizza is over-​rated. I’m never eating this pizza again. It taste like store bought pizza. I’m not going to recommend them to anyone. I’ll stick to going to their competitor in the area boston house of pizza.

Filthy dining room, had to clean a table off ourselves just to sit down. Are u serious. Less than 10 people in this building and half are staff! Better off going to me n eds on 10^th & Fargo.

What a dump. The place is a mess. I had to clean my own table. I love their pizza, but come on.

So there’s a very popular spot in Tulare whose pizza has gone downhill over time and I am happy to report that I have found a replacement pizzeria… Me n Eds! The pizza here is pretty good. It’s not overly sauced or overly cheesy. I think they use cornmeal at the bottom which gives the crust a crispy finish but still soft on top and not too thin or thick. As far as the ambiance is concerned, it’s pretty basic. A large dining area with long banquet tables and booths, but they do have a really great fire place in the center which is perfect for cold evenings. There a few video games for the kids, a salad bar and free drink refills. The best part is that the pizza is cheap! I’m so used to paying almost $ 30 bucks for a pie, that I was shocked when I paid half of that for a family sized pie and wings. Overall, this place is solid and as a bonus, is open later than that pizzeria that has fallen out of my good graces.

Waited 3 hours for delivery finally get a pizza with no cheese and all the ingredients in the center of the pizza. By far the worst pizza and service I’ve had in a long time.

Not too shabby for what I’ve discovered is a chain pizzeria. From the service to the side dishes, Me n’ Eds is on point and a far better option than Round Table, Pizza Hut and Papa Murphy’s. Sadly, there are no locations north of Fresno.
The combo pizza had a lot going for it: fresh-​tasting ingredients piled high, some spicy elements and a crisp crust. One of my wife and I’s biggest pet peeves is a soft, soggy crust on our pizza, but this was the good kind complete with a bit of that cornmeal rub. I ate twice as much as I set out to.
Can’t say the same about the spicy wings which were squishy and undercooked. The counter girl was hinting that I should get the cheesy garlic bread instead but I’d already had garlic bread at lunch. Next time I’ll listen.

Regretfully disappointing. We’ve had Me n Eds in other cities and they were a-​okay. NOT THIS ONE. We ordered for take-​out and came when they told us it’d be ready. The pizza was overcooked, crust was dry and old tasting. The crust was weirdly wrinkled on the bottom — like it wasn’t put on the pan properly before baking. When we picked it up, the staff was talking to each other out loud in front of patrons, yelling across the room that someone’s mom or sister called for them. Unprofessional. The pizza tasted like it was made yesterday. The cheese was hard, sauce was mediocre at best. Frozen pizza from the freezer isle would have been so much better of a purchase. They do the pizza world an injustice.

Atrocious customer service. Workers are very impolite and apparently never learned or are not instructed on manners. This evening they had trouble hearing me during a phone order. First phone call they simply hung up on me. Second attempt they were quite rude when trying to get my order, and I just gave up. Will definitely not order from them again.

$ 21 for a medium pizza of average quality. That’s all I have to say about this place.
