Unrealistic wait times. Come in to an empty waiting room and exam rooms and wait an hour just for the Doctor to say «It’s normal.»

Dr Urrutia delivered my grand daughter. He was the most disrespectful, sarcastic and unhelpful doctor I have ever seen in my life! My daughter is very young, and she was very scared– he told her that she was about to experience the most awful pain, then he laughed when my daughter got even more scared and started crying. When I asked him questions he blew me off and said «I know what I’m doing– or do you want to deliver the baby» all during my daughters intense labor. That whole experience was just unbelievable! He pulled out my grandbaby so hard, she still suffers from tortocolis today. He strained all of the muscles on her right side while pulling her out sideways. He’s awful and should NEVER practice pediatrics

This place is like no other i have seen before!!!
You wait FOREVER!!! I had 2 appointments and each took about 2 hours of waiting in the lobby (if you can call it that) and another 30 – 45 minute wait in the exam room. I couldn’t even get refills for my meds on my second visit even AFTER they got my medical records. they treated me like i was a drug addict when i was just trying to get refills for preexisting conditions. I wouldn’t good to this doctor if i was dying and he was the last doctor on earth.
