HDTV. They beat Amazon and Walmart with their sale price. Staff were friendly and they helped us load in our car. I would certainly check them out for my next electronic

We purchased a refrigerator and had it delivered. Their delivery man sideswiped our car as he left. We called the police and the driver came back. Although the damage matches he denied doing it. He provided insurance information which turned out to not be active. He had no insurance. The company apparently hires uninsured drivers to make their deliveries. HH Gregg has thus far denied any responsibility for those they hire to make deliveries. One star is way too much

HHgregg what a disappointment ! I bought a floor model gas dryer which was in perfect condition. l had it delivered on Tuesday September 29^th, my husband stayed home to have it installed. When I got home I noticed dents in the dryer which were not present at purchase and a strong gas odor. The odor became increasingly strong. I called the BGE emergency line and they came to inspect the dryer which was in fact installed improperly and leaking gas, the tech said it was very dangerous. I called Hhgregg and asked for installation fees to be returned, delivery fees and compensation for the dents. I am still getting the run around, I emailed pictures to two different departments. I received a message from the claims office today but the claims rep left me the wrong return number. This is completely unacceptable service. Not only was there damage to the dryer but the gas leak could have caused harm to my family and my home.

Wife wanted to look at laptops. All are «locked» requiring you to wait for a salesperson to demonstrate one. Best Buy is across the street which is a much better place and no need to talk to a salesperson to see if you like the product.

Poor HHGreg — now i know why people doesn’t buy from your store. You need to train your staff in customer service!!! Some of your staff is Arrogant and Sarcastic. I end up buying my Vacuum at Best Buy, Great Customer Service and cheaper too by $ 10.

Needed a new garbage disposal. Please was very well lit. It was clean. The salesmen and saleswomen were pleasant and friendly. I’ll be back.

This is the only HH Gregg I have been to and will never do so again. The employees are rude, clueless, and could care less about the customer. I had to seek out help, and I guess me interrupting the salesman’s obvious personal conversation with another employee, made him even more less than helpful. He was clueless about the product, basically just reading the specs on the box. Hell, I can do that myself. You would think that with so many people wishing they had jobs, that customer service would be over the top… NOT! The only reason I went there was because I had been given a gift card. Never again… next time I will just sell the giftcard!!! This place sucks big time. Needs to close down…

Who delivers a brand new, out of the box dishwasher missing a handle? HHGregg in Hanover. Omar in the store was nice; the installers were nice and professional. I was willing to sigh, but deal with the missing handle. Mistakes happen; but when it’s going on 2 weeks and they seem like they could care less about rectifying, I’m now frustrated and not sure I’d purchase from them again. This was my first time and I invested $ 2500 with them on new appliances. I’ve lost trust. Each time I talk with them, they shrug their shoulders and give a name of someone else who is taking care of it; yet no one knows where the part is. I’m on the line with the national chain now, by passing this location. I’m real disappointed. On the phone on hold, the continual stream is that their associates are the best you can deal with. It’s pretty far from the truth. They want the sell and then they drop you. Really, who delivers a brand new dishwasher missing a part and then drops you? hhgregg!

First of all, this is the first HH Gregg I’ve been to since they opened here in MD. That being said, the sales people that work at this particular store (at least the two I’ve dealt with) don’t know shit about the stuff they are selling. Now I’m not saying they are completely clueless but my wife and I purchased an HDTV & Blu-​Ray player from there and in both instances I asked questions that were influential in whether or not we were going to make the purchase and in both instances the sales person was wrong. I guess my point is this, if you go here to buy something do your own research first because their «expertise» is to tell you whatever will get you to buy something.
