I honestly haven’t been to a Red Lobster in over 2 decades. The food was surprisingly good! The shrimp trio(scampi, fried, and on a bed of linguine alfredo) was pretty solid. Huge portions. The brussels sprouts side was a winner. And the cheddar biscuits alone are worth coming back for. Otherwise, the service was slow and not friendly. It took an unreasonable amount of time for the waters to come out(and we were there before it was crowded). Pretty much everything took too long. I asked for another lemon wedge and my meal was halfway done by the time it came. Decent option for families with kids, or anyone looking for seafood on a budget. Just don’t expect fast/friendly service.

I have been to this location more than a few times. My best experiences and service has been in the bar area. I frequent this place just for the drinks and every now and then a meal. The bartender Alyssa is awesome. Who knew you could get great drinks at Red Lobster. Last time I was there I could tell she had regular guests that enjoyed her service just as much as I do. They have added some healthier side items to the menu so I tried those items. I look forward to having another cocktail or so with my favorite bartender.

We were up at Arundel Mills doing some shopping and it was lunch time so we stopped in here because, let’s face it, the biscuits are great. We were seated right away in a comfortable location and the waitress was right there to take our drink order. Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The food was very tasty although I would suggest the half potion unless you’re really hungry. The full portion is quite big. All in all, a great visit with a very enjoyable meal. Arundel Mills has a ton of restaurants and, for my money, this is one of the better ones.

Either Red Lobster has gone downhill, or this location just isn’t the greatest. Frankly, it’s probably both. I recently dined here with a group and while I’d say overall we had an okay experience, the service could have been more attentive. For example, the server forgot to bring my dessert and so I ended up getting it to go since I didn’t want to be that annoying person keeping everyone waiting. The food was alright, I have to say I probably should have gone with the tacos since they ended up looking great to several of us, but we opted for more classic choices. I went with this repulsive looking pasta dish that was greasier than a deep fryer, which I can say because I’ve been in food service. The remaining 85% or so made a nice addition to my garbage can when I returned home. Several of us also ordered shrimp and while no one suddenly became Charizard or anything, it was definitely spicier than expected, especially since we were told it wasn’t that spicy when more than one of us asked. The biscuits as usual didn’t disappoint, but who goes to Red Lobster for the cheddar biscuits?(okay, I know that we all do, but ya know). Several of us also had soup, I had the clam chowder which was good, though when the saving grace of a meal is the soup, that doesn’t inspire much confidence. Overall, I’d say food at this location can be a bit more hit or miss and the service has room for improvement. These factors, combined with the pseudo parking wars outside, means I’d probably skip this particular location and go to either Olive Garden next door or the Cheesecake Factory at the casino.

Only thing that was good was the corn. Chicken wasn’t good more he rice. The soup that was on special(creamy bacon potato or something like that). The server was ok and the manager was really kind at trying to make us feel ok about the situation. The alcoholic beverage wasn’t strong enough and it tasted like juice. I was very disappointed and I will not be returning to this red lobster. The chef needs work or the menus needs work! It seemed as if the chef focused on the grilling of the food(i.e. Charcoal) rather than flavor and juiciness Of the chicken(by cooking it longer on lower heat). The only good thing was the corn… very much on point and the house salad dressing.

Well I have been here on several occasions and today I can truly say I was very disappointed. The server took forever bring us everything from the time we sat down to the time we left. Out drinks our food are refills I’ll check we’re all delivered late. It took 20 minutes from the time I asked for my check to the time it was actually given to me and then another 10 minutes just for my card to be swiped. Two people in our party had food that was so substandard we had to ask for a manager. And not sure which was generic chicken alfredo was like cafeteria food. I will not be coming back here that’s the end of that. The only good thing was that the manager was responsive and took money off the bill.

Red lobster is surely declining. I had a shrimp Nacho which was soggy even the shrimp. Then my meal create your own lunch the scampi was flavorless and the lobster bake potato was bland as well. The manager was pretty nice but our waitress was a lack there of…

Okay food. Alfredo is pretty greasy. Bread was awesome. Adult beverages were great! Service was average but not what I would expect from a high priced restaurant. I would come back but not rushing to it. Way too many other restaurants to go to.

Red Lobster was offering its«Endless Shrimp» promotion and this is the only time l visit! You have a choice of five different types of shrimp a side item, a side salad and of course, their famous cheddar biscuits for $ 16.99. We visited the location at Arundel Mills and got there around 12:30 and there was plenty of seating available. We didn’t wait long to be seated. Our server, Shamia, was pleasant and on point during our entire meal. She was efficient in bringing us our beverages and those infamous biscuits… l was sooo hungry! The biscuits arrived popping hot with a nice crispy textured surface and soft pillowed interior. She proceeded to take our food orders and they came out in about 15 minutes, which was good. We asked for her suggestion in what type of shrimp to get and she suggeted the teriyaki glazed, which was a hit. I got a salad and brocolli to eound iut my meal, which were decent. The only bummer was that as we placed continuous orders, some of the shrimp were not done as well as they could have been, but no sweat, l packed those babies up in my doggie bag to finish them up at home for dinner! If you love shrimp and you want to eat them on a budget, head on over to Red Lobster.(Note: Endless Shrimp is only offered for a limited time so check before you go so you wont be disappointed(

We came here to celebrate me passing my boards. Against my will. I so wanted some phở. I decided to go with the endless shrimp and couldn’t believe how long it took for our waitress to bring back the dishes. Simple things like not putting my dressing on the side when I specifically asked for it, taking way too long to check on if we needed something else, long waiting period between getting a new dish, extremely small size children’s portions. I’ve never really been a fan of Red Lobster because it reminds me of a step up from Long John Silvers. But nothing horrible about this particular location.

Don’t waste your time and money. Go somewhere else like Green Turtle or Bonefish Grill. The waiter charged my neighbors food to my card. My food was charged to my neighbors credit card. It took about 30 minutes to correct the problem. When the waiter realized he/she made a mistake, he/she crumpled up our receipts and ran off to find a manager. The manager asked us what the problem was… we responded, that he/she charged the wrong cards and then crumpled up the receipts! 30 minutes later, the manager finally had our cards charged the correct amount. We demanded our meals be covered by Red Lobster for wasting our time and screwing up the bill. The manager said, «I can’t do that. It’s in the system.» I’ve never heard of a manager that was unable to apologize and forgive customers of their payment. I would give this place a zero(0) if I could. Considering the waiter’s behavior was borderline unethical/illegal for attempting to destroy evidence, I’m hoping a General Manager/Franchise owner reads this post and reconsiders his/her staff and leadership whom seemed incompetent.

For my dad’s birthday we decided to go back and I have to say my opinion hasn’t changed at all. We waited for about 5 minutes for a hostess to come out. We were told it was 20 minutes and we reluctantly agreed. While we waited, my dad was going to get us some drinks and there was no bartender. The dishes were piled onto tables that could be used for people to eat at. We left and went to longhorn. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not go here.

I ate lunch here today and was quite disappointed. The waitress was very nice but when I told her I needed a few minutes to decide what I wanted she seemed to disappear for quite a while before coming back to take my order. I ordered the lobster tacos but the meat was cold and the soft shell was not soft.

Red lobster is one of my favorite restaurants to eat in. This location is nicely placed in an area that provides plenty of parking and entertainment for afterwards. The food menu has enough choices for the sea food lovers and novice seafood eaters as well. I highly recommend

Justin our server earned this place 4 stars. I wasn’t over joyed by our food but it was okay. I didn’t have any of the $ 30+ entrees this time so I can’t complain too much about the food. I had the Admirals feast. Everything tasted fine but I wouldn’t come back just for that. The service and drinks were really really good. I’d recommend this place highly for quiet nights out. Ask for Justin if you want 5 star service.

It has been a very long time since I have dined in a Red Lobster. One of the issues I had with this chain is the inconsistency of their menus from various locations. Things were removed and it really depended on where you are located. Still our server Timberlea was great and on point. The food was ok but plentiful. All in all I will make a trip back there if I am in the area.

Red Lobster. Been here several times and came for lunch today. Was promptly greeted brought to my table quickl while enjoying a very nice atmosphere The waitress was excellent, very attentive but not overbearing. I ordered a new addition to their menu, the lobster linguine. Portion was excellent with plenty of well cooked lobster. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

Me and my brother came over here to get some seafood. I order the raw oysters on the half shell. After having half of it. I didn’t like the feel of the oysters and ask for my money back on them. Also I order the White Wine and Roasted-Garlic Mussels With roasted tomatoes and green onions. 9.99 yummy was good bus the broth was salty. And not going to order this again. I start with the soup Lobster Bisque Bowl 6.79. It was ok. Not something I wood run back to order. Lobster-Crab-and Seafood– Stuffed mushrooms stuffed with seafood, smothered in Monterey Jack cheese and baked golden brown 8.79 I didn’t really like this. It was off and not what I have in mind for what it is. Not going to order again. Over all I didn’t like this Red Lobsters. Should have lesson to Chanelle N. review. Gone to Dave and Busters. The Steak and shrimp linguini was great. No I wood not come here again.
