I like LH because of the variety of steaks they offer and since I’m a sucker for sweets… I like the desserts as well. :-) Happy Hour at this location is from 4 – 7 and they offer about 6 discounted appetizers and 6 – 8 drinks(mixed, wine, beer) all $ 5 or less. I ordered the cosmo, steak sliders and chili cheese fries. The drink was good but wasn’t impressed with sliders although they had bacon and cheddar cheese. The fries were good and not greasy however I suggest skipping the chili because it was nearly nasty. Since I was there for awhile I also ordered the shrimp appetizer which was HUGE. It is not on Happy hour menu but due to size I suggest sharing with at least 2 other people. Oh… we sat in bar area and no server greeted us but after awhile the manager came over and took care of us until the server came in.

So I haven’t eaten at Longhorn Steakhouse in years after a not so great experience. I’m a believer again! Swung in for lunch at the bar and had a great experience. The bat ended was attentive and fast, the food was amazing that I had to cut myself off or else they’d be rolling me out the door. The lunch time combos are a winning deal pack full of flavor and savings!

Came in this evening because I’ve always wanted to try long horn but it was always too far from where I live. This one was across the casino and after playing for several, I got hungry and said«Long Horn»!! We were greeted by a friendly hostess and immediately seated without wait. Our server was Eric who was great. Very attentive and knowledgeable. The menu has a variety of steaks! We both got sirloin with their special toppings! They were delicious and cooked to our desired temprature! Well done to the chefs. Their starter salad was fresh and crisp. Would’ve given 5 stars if there weren’t any bread crumbs all around the carpet areas. I was raised to be thankful for the food God provides us, so I tried not to step on any. With that being said everything else is great and would recommend and come back to Long Horn SteakHouses. :-D Keep up the great work Eric Cheers!

Awful service. It is now 8 o’clock and I have been waiting for a table with a party of 15 that had been clearly and concisely reserved for 6:00PM via telephone this morning. I am currently still waiting for the table and they have not acted in a way to reconcile the situation at all. 1⁄5 I do not recommend…

The service wasn’t that great. The bartender acted like she had an attitude, plus lamb chops are no longer on the menu. But the country style steak is worth the drive.

LongHorn Steakhouse would probably be grouped in the same category as Outback Steakhouse and Texas Roadhouse– But out of all three, LongHorn would definitely be in last place. 1. My boyfriend and I both ordered filets. This was definitely the best part. Really tender, juicy, flavorful, and cooked to the temperatures requested. 2. I got a lobster hollandaise over mine, and my boyfriend got the lobster tail. Normally I’m a huge fan of lobster, but the lobster meat in my hollandaise and the lobster tail had a chemical and fishy taste. Both tastes are BADNEWS when it comes to lobster. I would definitely pass on the seafood here– most likely frozen. 3. The«Texas T’onion» is just a rip off of the Outback blooming onion– the sauce on the side tastes exactly the same. The only difference is that it’s like the blooming onion except all the petals are already separated and the batter around the onion is much thicker. 4. The sides are pretty mediocre so I wouldn’t spend the extra money to «upgrade» because we tried the caesar, the blue cheese wedge, the sweet potato casserole, and asparagus– all pretty unmemorable and not flavorful. 5. The service was really nice and friendly and our server was very professional and quick. Overall, if I had a choice, I probably wouldn’t pick longhorn over texas roadhoase, but it seems on the same level as outback. The prices weren’t awful, but still it’s not a cheap meal. With tip, we ended up dropping $ 90 and I didn’t even order any alcohol.

We got there on a busy Friday night and were given a box to wait until our turn. There were two of us and we opted to hang at the bar and wait. The bartender asked if we wanted to order from the bar and we had GREAT service at the bar and enjoyed the camaraderie of the people around us. PERFECT Friday night before some shopping. GREAT steak cooked to order. The bartender was busy and yet very attentive to us unlike some experiences I’ve had when I order dinner from the bar. We’ll be back!

I have been to this location several times and each time I’ve had a pleasurable experience. The food is always good and the service is always great. Even though it is a Saturday night I was able to find a seat and be served in less than an hour. Longhorn gets my vote!

My previous rating of Long Horn is being lowered for many reasons. Grab a chair, this will take a minute. My family(myself, wife, 3yr old son) arrive at 530pm for dinner. We stood at the hostess podium for about 7mins while waiting to be sat or given a pager. The hostess finally walks in, takes off her coat and seats us. 1st issue) it’s 530pm on a weekday, also known as dinner time. If they want to stay in business, having ample staff ready to greet the dinner rush would beneficial. We are sat and greeted by a waitress that doesn’t want to be at work. 2nd issue) Attitude is thick, and makes the rest of the experience uncomfortable. We order our meals. My wife orders the chicken fingers dinner for her and my son. I ordered the«gourmet burger, well done» to change it up a bit. Mainly because, the last 2 steaks I got were extremely fatty. No issues here. 3rd issue) The food arrives, and it happens. My burger looks and tastes like it came from Wendy’s next door. Comparing wendys to this burger is actually an insult to Wendy’s. The burger was a slight step above raw. My wife’s plate looks rather light. My wife asks if this is the standard portion. The waitress told my wife she ordered light portion. The waitress essentially called my wife a liar and caught attitude over it. It wouldn’t make sense to order light portion to feed two people, but moving on. I’m not sending food back because I don’t want a little extra on my burger from the staff. I guess to wrap it all up, if the owners of Long Horn want to keep the doors open, it would help if they were properly staffed prior to dinner time, hire employees that want to work and are personable, and quality check the food prior to exiting the kitchen. There is no excuse for poor hospitality and inadequate food preparation. There are a dozen other restaurants in this area happy to take my money. This establishment won’t be one in the future.

The worst food I’ve had in years. I came here with my mom a while back for dinner and had a bad experience, but I thought I’d give this place another shot. Any joint can have an off night, right? …unfortunately, the food was even worse than before. My friend and I ordered two lunch combos, and our dishes were a hot mess. Actually, scratch that. They were a COLD mess. For $ 8, I got a french onion soup and ½ chicken & avocado sandwich. I don’t know what was going on, but my meat tasted like it was microwaved — it was hard and stale — and my avocado spread was dark(it was obviously sitting out). The soup was too salty and to make matters worse, it was lukewarm. My friend ordered a combo, too. She got a steak sammy and soup for $ 9. She had the same issue with her soup, but her sandwich looked worse. Her meat was 90% fat, and her portion size was tiny. Do yourself a favor and head to Potbelly instead. You’ll save money, and your tastebuds will thank you. Subway does a better job than this place. Seriously.

Busy but consistent service. Would come here again. Nice atmosphere and wait staff. Waitress was attentive. Food was good. Calamari was soaked in the sauce towards bottom of the dish. Next time I’ll get the sauce on the side.

Somebody slap me! I’m torn between writing a good review or writing a bad review. But it’s Longhorn Steakhouse, how could anything possibly go wrong? The name speaks for itself! When you think of Longhorn you think of delicious food. DUH! The main problems with this location are the patrons. Forget about having a nice quiet dinner with your family. This place goes balls to the wall with complete chaos. Loose children will run past your table at least 20 times in 1 hour. Adults love screaming at each other while having normal conversations. I remember giving the waiter my order and could barely hear myself. Longhorn was never this extreme before! I typically understand that a place like this would get crowded on the weekends, but damn this is absurd!

My family and I came here for my dad’s birthday after a horrible, short, experience at while at Red Lobster. We got told there was a 5 – 10 minute wait and that was reasonable, so we put our names down and sat down on the benches near the front. There was a bartender, thank god, that was able to give us our drinks while we waited. It was a great start and we were excited, but once we were sat it went downhill. Our waitress finally came to our table after we had sat for about 15 minutes and took our drink order. We were ready to order so she began to take our order, which actually didn’t take that long. Once we were done placing our order, she literally vanished from our sight. We kept on having to flag her down for refills and such. Our appetizer took 20 minutes, thank god it was delicious, and the salads took 5 more minutes. My dad’s salad looked like it had JUST been thrown together. My mom and I reassured him that it was all going in the same place, so he sucked it up and ate it. The food finally came after 15 more minutes of waiting and it was amazing. The steak was perfect and the lobster was slightly salty but it was so good that I ignored it. Once we were done I excused myself to tell our waitress it was my dad’s birthday and I wanted to do something special. I expected a candle or something, but all I got was her rushing over with a huge sundae and all she said was ‘happy birthday’ before taking the check and running off again. I don’t know, I’m probably being a little stuck up but I wanted my dad to have a special birthday. While the food was good, the service was subpar.

Food is always great here! I never call ahead nor do I wait in a crazy line – I go straight to the bar! Luckily the times I have gone I have never had to wait for seating in the bar area. Steak dishes and the spinach feta chicken are the best!

Well. Yeah… I had my expectations. We got here and they said 1.5 hour wait.(This location is near a casino). We made our way to the bar area and grabbed a couple of seats luckly in the corner as soon as they showed up. Our bartender Erin H. and her helper Jenna(or Genna, I asked her name) totally scored on a bar that was super busy and filled. At the bar we both got a ribeye steak(mine was the outlaw). It was great… Can’t say my best but super close as a steak eater. I know we aren’t all about franchises but sometimes the locals make a franchise a local hang out. They did. I can’t imagine me coming back here because of the location but stop in if it fits your needs.

World’s smallest steaks. I had a steak salad and it would fit in the palm of my hand. And my hand isn’t that big. When I asked the server, she said«that’s the normal size». It’s the smallest one I have ever seen. And it was a bit gamey. She said she would take it back and get a new one. The second had a big black hair on it. The manager was great and tried to correct the situation after that. No appetite left after that though.

This is the casino location nearby our place. It was our first time and it will be the last. We were seated promptly, bread basket and butter followed by drinks. Shrimp and avocado was a huge mistake. Bland and served with burnt chips. I asked for a new batch and I was brought more burnt ones by the manager. What a joke! She took it off the bill, which was more than fine with us. My Winter salad w Brie was missing the oranges. She apologized again saying that they didn’t have any oranges. Parmesan chicken was okay. My husband steak was super bland. Disappointed to say the least. The place smells awful. Ugh. Never again.

I came here a few weeks ago and can truly say that I enjoyed every moment. Longhorn has been on my list for a while now so I was super excited when we randomly ended up eating here. Upon arriving, we were greeted by the friendly hosts. They were great and had permanent smiles on their faces which I appreciated. As we were being seated, the aroma in the air was orgasmic. It smelled so good that we were literally running to our table so we could finally order. Our waiter was super enthusiastic and helped us navigate through the menu and suggested some amazing entrees. He helped make our first experience a truly memorable one. I ended up ordering a Texas Margarita and the Flo’s Filet and Lobster entrée. My date had the Grilled Shrimp and Filet with a Blue Moon to wash it all down. We ended up both getting broccoli and mac n cheese for our sides. While we waited, we were served complimentary wheat honey bread with butter… SODELICIOUS! Jeez! We started to get more and more excited because if the bread is that good, mannnn, what is the main course going to taste like: D We received our entrees and I must say, the steak cut like BUTTTER. It was so good that we didn’t even talk for a good 15 minutes because we were so consumed in our food. Anyone who knows me, knows that if I’m not talking, me of ALL people, then I must be in a food haze! After finishing, we were offered dessert. The options looked so delicious but we were stuffed, so we passed. I will surely make room for dessert my next visit. Overall, I loveeeeeed Longhorn Steakhouse. It was very affordable, great customer service, and the food was immaculate. Thanks for a great first experience. :D Favs: EVERYTHING! The food mainly — so delicious! Would Change: Passing on dessert. I dreamt about the dessert menu that night regretting my decision to not be an extra fatty and order some 0. o lol

Was looking for a place to take a business client. So many chain restaurants in Arundel Mills. I decided to dine at Longhorn, based on the Unilocal reviews Boy, was I surprised. Much better than I expected. Our server was very friendly, fast, and efficient. The complimentary bread was nice and warm. The ribeye and filet lunch size portion came with one side dish of your choice. My filet was cooked perfectly medium. My clients ribeye was cooked medium rare as requested. Quite tasty steaks I must say. Should try loaded baked potato as a side. Next time. Our server was very nice, fast, and very efficient. Nicely decorated place and will come back for sure, the next time I’m gambling or taking clients out.
