Rocco’s Place

I’ve been coming here since there was a double wide on the lot called the Beaver Inn. They had some dirty strippers!
Rocco’s has reinvented the old 82^nd lot and built s pretty clean and cozy local bar. Prices are tight, drinks are deep and there is a nice patio in the summer.

Love this place. It’s come a long way over the years. They’re upgrading the place all the time now.
They have several TV’s for sports, a smoking patio, a nice Valley Pool table, an internet jukebox, and they recently added a fryer… Finally! The bathrooms are clean and well maintained, and the whole place is well lit.
Drinks are strong and cheap, and they now have an upgraded tap system. Lines are clean, and the pours are proper. Plus they just added stouts and porters.
The bartenders are cool, and deal with the occasional 82^nd riffraff well. Unfortunately the LOTO machines attract unsavory types at times.
Best part is the food carts outside, you can’t beat the taco cart! The food is amazing. Plus they deliver into the bar if you ask. Pretty sweet.

Nope nope nope. Small, cheap drinks. 82^nd Ave. Won’t be back. Wanted to like it, there’s a food cart in the parking lot (Mexican/​tacos). The bar was ok, the clientele was not.

Great cheap drinks. Got a red bull vodka, they handed me the red bull and filled the glass for 4 $

Clean and neat, staff was ok, lots of video poker, I wanna say dive bar, but it’s a little too new inside to be that. It’s worth a stop if you need a stiff cheap drink.
