I have never once had a bad experience in this bike shop. I’ve never had an employee treat me like they were too busy or bothered by me or my questions. I’ve also never had anyone hand me a bike pump to pump my tires– nor have I seen them do that to anyone else… So I’m surprised by what another reviewer said.

I agree with the reviewer who thinks the owner is rude. i went in to get a basket for my bike and all the owner could do was tell me how long it would take him to install it. He clearly didn’t want to be bothered. And when I asked if they would check my tires, he brought out a hand pump and told me I could do it myself! What? There were no other customers in the shop and there was another guy working there, it’s not like they were busy. Great job guy! That is if you like making your customers feel like shit.

Excellent customer service– rented bikes and had a chain break about 12 miles outside of town. Someone came right away with a replacement bike and also offered us a ride home in case we didn’t want to continue. They even comped that rental.

Too bad the other reviewer had a bad experience. Mine have been the opposite – friendly, attentive service. For such a small town, there’s a great selection and I think it’s the best bike store in the area. The staff really know their stuff.
